  5. SPOG allows the splitting of audio devices. I wish the SF connected did the same. We are an inbound shop with peaky traffic, and would really appreciate a ringer. We could adjust tone and volume on - separate from the audio device / headset. There are cases when this would be helpful to increase or decrease ringer levels and tone.

  6. We need an email notification to the email address associated with the RingCentral user who sends an SMS with the body of the outgoing SMS included in the email (similar to the email notification that users recevie for incoming SMS). Can this option be added through workflow builder?

  17. If a customer decides to close their account or move to Desktop/Phone app, it would be nice if Ring Central can take the phone back from us and we can trade it in for bill credits? If we are no longer using it because we switched to desktop app, then credits will be great but if it is no longer being used because of account closure, then a credit to the card on file would be good.
