Unsatisfied with zoom's 40min limit, a lot of organizations with Word Press websites would welcome a way to manage their webinars from WordPress similar to this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/video-conferencing-with-zoom-api/

  4. Using the RingCentral scheduler Add in, it always auto populate the meeting details in the body and the default "schedule for" is assigned to the same extension where email is connected. It would be a great idea, just like the old RCM app, to select the "Schedule for" then it populates the meeting details and send to attendees. It will save time as some customers are always scheduling a meeting for another user extension. TIA

  14. I love the integration of ringcental and zoho crm. However, through the automated popup that occurs when a call comes in we are not able to relate a call to a specific deal. This has to be done by going into the "Activities" module, finding the specific call and then relating it to a deal. I will attach screenshots. FYI - we have renamed the "Deals" module in our crm to "Jobs."

Many calls come in from the queues, but a lot are also parked on custom park lines. the Sales Force adaptor doesn't allow for those parked calls to screen pop in SF with the customer information making extra steps for the agents, all calls should pop as soon as the agent picks up the call regardless of where that call came from. even transfers.
