  2. We've been evaluating installations with Winget. In your winget repository https://winget.run/pkg/RingCentral/RingCentral the version is .msi version. We would like to have .exe version as we use that for installs and it allows for updates.

  7. Presetting phone numbers when in the transfer window. Allowing them to be labeled by the organization/company for ease of transfer. Preventing user from transferring a call to the wrong phone number. Drop down menu, listing the labeled phone numbers before hitting "transfer now"

  9. This would be very use for anyone that is calling a specific person from their contacts that requires an extension. Old phone system we used had this feature with their Salesforce add-in. Example: 111-222-3333,1234This would dial the main number and after a brief pause the extension.

  11. We noticed that RC was not logging all calls. Only direct lines. We need to be able to automatically record all activty in Salesforce. Support said this is a known issue. Any progress as to when this will have a fix?

You can now access Ring Central within Microsoft Teams which is amazing and so helpful, however one small feature that isn't available yet is to use the Ring Central Scheduler option which is used to generate a Conference Call and a Toll Free number is generated. It would be extremely beneficial to be able to have a Teams Meeting and use the Ring Central Conference number so people can call into the Teams Meeting.

  18. Squareup is extremely popular amongst vendors and all types of businesses. I use it for all my invoicing and appointments for my detailing business. Squareup's messaging is extremely rudimentary and can be greatly improved with automation and all the benfits of ring central

There's an integration using a SIP Trunk for Five9 to send RC ext calls , and Five 9 offers a directory lookup on their side, however , RC does not have a reverse path/route to have a similar directory lookup method just like Five9. It would be beneficial for an RC account with SIP Trunk integration with Five9 to have address book available to “search” for the list nor access an address book of Five9 agents.
