  1. I’d love to see some prebuilt automations or templates that connect RingCentral with Smartsheet. Things like sending call logs to a sheet, posting missed-call alerts, updating sheets when texts come in, or especially pushing analytics into a dashboard would save a lot of setup time.

  4. Call Log Association Issue: from SalesForce to RingCentral
    When initiating a "Click-To-Dial" call from a Person Account and associating the auto call log with a specific Case through the "Related To" field, the call log appears on the Person account but not in the associated Case feed. Please review to attached video for example.

Have Ringcentral integrate with HawkSoft in a 2-way API integration so that when calls come they can pull up in the Hawksoft database and pull the client profile, Also -, when calls come into HawkSoft, automatically create a log note of the call transcript so that we dont have to manually make a log of that phone call.

  7. Add ability to rotate app credentials.

    One of our team members accidentally checked our RingCentral app credentials into our GitHub repository, necessitating a rotation of the secrets. However, THERE IS NO MECHANISM TO ROTATE SECRETS! Developer support just told me that I have to create a whole new app and then suspend the old one.

    This introduces friction for doing the responsible thing. Instead of simply pressing "generate new credentials" I have to create a new app with a distinct name, go back and forth verifying that I choose all the same settings, alter my code and/or configurations to use…

  8. We would like to have an API endpoint that would let us download AI notes and AI summaries for calls where Notes was turned on. This will be a requirement for us before we can use it for regulatory compliance purposes.

  10. Customer want to align the extension code of his AI Receptionist to his Site extension so it would be easier for them to identify the reports and analytics.

    Currently we have option to modify the settings for extension number for AIR but getting error message when we try to update it.

  12. The Ring CX embedded agent for Zoho CRM does not currently support Zoho CRM Plus. We are unable to utilize click to dial in the browser extension and the get leads functionality for campaign dialing does not work. Please add Zoho CRM Plus support. This is critical for operations to make outbound dials integrated with Zoho.
