Show Toll-free minute usage in Service Web
The request is to have the toll-free minutes portrayed in a way similar to how Global Minutes are, i.e. "you have used x minutes out of a total of y." This would enable customer to view their current usage so that there are not overages.

This is something common with other providers. I'm surprised this isn't available already and it's been 2 years since this was requested formally.

I need to be able to see all numbers to keep track of usage analytics.
A report that will show the minutes usage of each toll free numbers or numbers. -

Currently, SW displays separate info for Included TF minutes and Purchased Calling Credits. The customer would like to have an option on SW to view the TOTAL TF min usage in a monthly basis.

Customer is asking for a report to show them the current Toll Free minute usage. This would need to apply for all TF numbers, included those listed as CCRN numbers. Customer was not happy with only a notification when close to all of the TF Minutes used for a month and no way to reconcile the actual usage against the amount of TF credits they have. The only thing available is in the billing tab on Service Web that only show available and and total minutes

A report in the Admin portal to track toll-free number usage against purchased billing plans purchased/ I would prefer to be proactive than reactive when purchasing billing plans for toll-free usage.
