Description:My business would appreciate the option of an audio cue that occurs after an incoming call is transferred to you after a warm transfer on the desk phones. Currently it is difficult to distinguish when the call with the person transferring the call ends and when the transferred call begins. 108 votesCurrently, as the host of a conference call you are able to remove participants from the call. The functionality to remove yourself as the host from the call and the call still remain active is being developed. Planned release Q2 2024.

The ringtone on RingCentral for Salesforce is somehow loud for other customers. They would like to have the ability to manage their volume calls, the ringer, notifications, etc...
