The ringtone on RingCentral for Salesforce is somehow loud for other customers. They would like to have the ability to manage their volume calls, the ringer, notifications, etc...

Description:My business would appreciate the option of an audio cue that occurs after an incoming call is transferred to you after a warm transfer on the desk phones. Currently it is difficult to distinguish when the call with the person transferring the call ends and when the transferred call begins. As the host, you can either end the conference call or leave the call while the other participants continue their conversation.

The customer would like to have the ability of using their desk phone together with the RingCentral for HubSpot integration. This feature is available on the RingCentral for SalesForce Integration via RingOut (Settings>Calling>Make my calls with). Currently RingCentral for HubSpot does not support the RingOut feature.
