  1. I keep my app on the HUD view. After hanging up a call, the display changes to the Calls tab. It used to stay on the same tab you were in before the call. I'd like for it to stay on the tab or have an option to choose how it works.

  3. When a call comes in, the HUD tab automatically switches to the Keypad tab. Please allow HUD to stay as our preferred choice, even when a call comes in.

  5. It would be great if we could look at the pop out Hub and see how many outbound and inbound calls are made for the day. Instead of looking for the report. If it was in the Pop out Hub everyone could look at it throughout the day to see how their staff is performing. Would need to be in real time. I used to be with light speed, and they had that feature.

  8. Agents are seeing in HUD that their calls are being monitored. We request to have the option to hide or remove agent's visibility that they are being monitored as it defeats the purpose of call monitoring.

  11. My business is encountering an issue that is caused by the usage of RC so I wanted to address it in hopes there is or will be a solution. When someone calls on of our offices and leaves a VM, the VM shows up in every user's VM.... when a person checks the VM and handles it, the VM still shows in all of the other staff's VM and no one knows it has been handled; duplicating calls and really making us look like we don't have it together. Is there a workaround for this? I was told by support....…

  12. is there a setting for that "Set DND status from Do not accept call queue calls to Take all calls"? I have the users set to on for both member status and queue status as well as making sure they cannot edit their status but I don't see any DND status.

  13. As of this moment HUD is not yet supported when Deskphone pairing is enabled. When transferring calls via ask first while the deskphone pairing is on it should show the originating number of the caller. Let's say caller A answered by B and need to transfer the call to phone C via ask first they wanted to see on the caller ID as Caller A instead of caller B.

  19. Pre July 2024 APP upgrade you could see users, Call Parks and Call Queue Pick Ups. which was very popular with end users. The new version of the desktop app requires users to switch between individual pages to see the above and is very annoying so bring back the one page HUD
