  1. Need to have a feature for extending key presses for Presence especially with Polycom VVX 350. It currently have 6 keys but it would be much helpful if there is an extender for next page and there's a different assigned users for key template aside from buying an expansion module.

  4. multiple different outbound caller ID options via presence on desk phones

    should be able to set specific numbers on each presence keys for outbound calls on just one phone.

  5. If you set the HUD as the Primary or first tab within MS Teams, it doesn't keep the setting. Phone seems to always become the default. very frustrating.

  6. ISSUE:

    Clients call in to RingCentral customer account via cellular device.
    Main line is answered by administrator using HUD on Desktop Application.
    We have found that caller ID name information will not flow through to the desktop App/HUD, even though it is showing on the physical desk phone associated to extension. On the physical phone it shows (example) "Tom Smith / 216-444-1234" but on the desktop application/HUD it shows "UNKNOWN / 216-444-1234"

    Why wont the caller ID name for cellular callers populate in HUD?

    This a huge inconvenience for clients using HUD as main answer for office and to monitor…

  7. I would like to see the ability to sort the HUD by status or availability. If users are on the phone or on Do Not Disturb, their names could be hidden or moved to the bottom of the screen. This should be a setting option for individual users, and not a mandatory setting for the entire user group.

  8. I keep my app on the HUD view. After hanging up a call, the display changes to the Calls tab. It used to stay on the same tab you were in before the call. I'd like for it to stay on the tab or have an option to choose how it works.

  9. Seeing the presence of the user in the Mobile app is critical because these users are not in the office and it would help them quickly identify who to contact. Currently they have to click into the contact name to see their presence.

  11. When a call comes in, the HUD tab automatically switches to the Keypad tab. Please allow HUD to stay as our preferred choice, even when a call comes in.

  13. It would be great if we could look at the pop out Hub and see how many outbound and inbound calls are made for the day. Instead of looking for the report. If it was in the Pop out Hub everyone could look at it throughout the day to see how their staff is performing. Would need to be in real time. I used to be with light speed, and they had that feature.

  17. Agents are seeing in HUD that their calls are being monitored. We request to have the option to hide or remove agent's visibility that they are being monitored as it defeats the purpose of call monitoring.

  20. My business is encountering an issue that is caused by the usage of RC so I wanted to address it in hopes there is or will be a solution. When someone calls on of our offices and leaves a VM, the VM shows up in every user's VM.... when a person checks the VM and handles it, the VM still shows in all of the other staff's VM and no one knows it has been handled; duplicating calls and really making us look like we don't have it together. Is there a workaround for this? I was told by support....…
