Custom fax coverpage upload allowable for Email faxes please!!! - HIPPA
Good afternoon,I was very happy to see that Ring Central Desktop ap fax allows me to create a custom fax cover sheet to add on all outgoing faxes processed through the desktop ap because our company is required to have a specific HIPPA statement on our fax cover sheet. However, in attempting to streamline the efficency of outbound faxing by using the email fax submmission ##########@rcfax.com and typing into the subject line, the current RC platform doesn't allow this same custom coverpage to be uploaded into the default outgoing fax settings area. Automatically print fax from RC Unified App.
I would like to be able to print automatically from the RingCentral Unified App. This is possible in the RC Phone Desktop App, but not in the RC Unified App.

Fax Outbound Caller ID number
the outbound fax number in transmission results should show the DID of the user NOT the main number to avoid confusion on the side of the sender

Fax confirmation PDF in RingCentral on fax page dashboard -not just in email.
We are using E-FAX for clinical records in our medication room. Our Med techs do not have email so they can't receive the fax confirmation page so a manager has to get the email and then save it for them.

Email to fax, let body of email be part of cover page
It's time you allowed the text in the body of an email sent to [number]@rcfax.com to be included as part of the cover page message to the recipient.

Fax without voicemail
Apparently if you turn off accept messages in order to stop voicemails you also lose the ability to receive faxes.

Scan to Fax
Previously there was a scan feature in the Ring central app that allowed you to scan directly to the app instead of just adding an attachment from your PC. It was phased out with the new update. This feature was very convenient.

Option for fax image to be attached to email notification of successful fax.
The pdf of the sent faxes have the information showing fax number time sent, etc. and are good proof of a timely fax. You can get it by downloading it from the app, but it would be nice if you had the option to just have the pdf images attached to the email notifications of a successful fax. Not only would it save steps, but you could easily send just the RingCentral email as proof of the successful fax to clients for their files, etc.

Feature Request: Show outgoing fax number for every user
At the moment only the main fax sender/recipient will display the company fax number on outgoing fax messages. For every other user that sends a fax, the main phone number will be displayed instead of a fax number.This is an essential feature for companies with multiple fax users, especially where a fax response is needed.

Shared Fax Inbox in RC App for Departments
The request is to allow a department fax inbox within RingEX Application. Currently, users can see their own fax inbox, but it would be helpful to also have access to faxes that arrive to shared fax accounts within the RingEX Application. This would eliminate the need to use email to deliver the fax to multiple users, which could pose a security problem for PII. It would keep the document protected within the application and make it easily accessible for multiple users.

RC App Faxing - need ability to add info in To, Company and Phone fields
When sending a fax through the RC app there is only an option for the sender's fax number, cover page, note and attachment. There isn't an option for the recipient's To, Company and Phone. If you want to add this info you need to add it to the Notes section at the bottom of the cover page which doesn't look as professional.

Group Owned Inbound Fax Only Phone Numbers
Currently my company has approx 10 inbound Fax Numbers assigned to different Groups / Teams in the company. When a fax is received on one of those extensions, I then need to distribute the fax to a list of emails.The way I have managed to mostly configure this in RC is to create a message only extension that I add the "Fax Number" to. Have printable fax confirmation pages in app
When a fax is transmitted, the system sends an email that shows the fax number, date, time and number of pages sent as a confirmation. It would be helpful if that information was in the app in a printable format. That way the fax sender could print the confirmation page from the app and send it to the recipient as proof the fax was sent and received without having to save all the emails.

Ability to receive fax, even when "Take Messages" feature is disabled for the user OR if user's IP Phone status is "Offline"
Customer does not want voicemail enabled for certain users, but still wants to receive inbound faxes. Disabling the "Take Messages" feature under the User Settings within RCO will also disable the ability to receive any inbound faxes to the User's dedicated phone number. In the Call Log, it also makes mention that the fax may be rejected due an IP Phone being in "Offline" status. What is the user was strictly a softphone user and did not have their softphone launched in the middle of the night, but expected to receive any inbound fax to their number?!

Logo in email to not be sent as attachment
Many organizations that send outbound faxes email using @rcfax.com to send those faxes. If an email signature has a logo, they are being interpreted as attachments. The ask is for an automated way of preventing those from being consumed by RingCentral as attachments.

Fax Cover Page using the Ringcentral App desktop
We have Google Contacts synchronized on the app with all information. When we send fax using the same app, it does not auto-populate the recipient information (like first and last name, company and business phone etc..) in the cover page.

Allowing outbound faxing by domain
The request is for domain-based outbound faxing. Currently, you have to enter each email address individually to allow for outbound faxing from a company.
