Checkbox beside Fax Messages (to check off when fax has been reviewed)
I get so many fax messages, and I can't always check them right away. Usually I'll save the fax message as a PDF if the relevant file folder (for client files -- I'm a lawyer). But I don't always have time. It would be great if there were a checkbox beside each fax message, so we could check it off once we've dealt with the fax message (saved the file to the relevant folder). (I don't want to delete them). And otherwise, as I'm going through the list, it's hard to keep track of which fax messages I've reviewed

Email to fax - failed responses for errors
The request is to identify valid users and send them back an error or fax failed message to encourage them to re-send the email with an attachment. Currently, email to fax without an attachment gives no response - and is dropped by the Proofpoint spam filter.

An option to edit/customize the "to" field when sending fax.
To reflect the recipient's name in the cover page even without saving the recipient's fax number in the contacts.

Email Fax Confirmation to Contain Cover page
Would it be possible for email confirmation from RingCentral once fax is sent to display cover page preview? This will help users know exactly what was faxed with a quick glance.

...l receive the transmission result and not the email address added to the transmission result messaging notifications.. Right now the only workaround is to put a dummy email on the messaging notification for fax transmission to enable it, and for the sender of the fax to receive the fax transmission result, it will be easier to configure for everyone if there's a certain option who to received the fax transmission since not everyone knows the workaround and it will save time to other businesses calling support to configure and to find the workaround to address their needs.

Custom Cover Page Needs Variable for Total Pages
Attached is current custom variables available. In RED would like additional variable for total page count. I see total page count being used on none custom cover page. Please implement for custom as well?

Enable the downloading of Failed Outbound Faxes
Right now, there is no download feature for failed outbound faxes. The download feature was there before (not now). Please add the feature back as it is very useful for us.

Block SPAM Faxes using OCR and User defined Phrases
It would be great if RingCentral could perform an OCR on incoming faxes and check them against a list of phrases. If the Fax contains a user defined phrase just quietly move it to a spam folder and not notify anyone.Even better would be the capability to setup a list of named filters each with a list of phrases. Ability to use distribution list to fax to multiple recipients.
CASE:User has a schedule that needs to be faxes out to 7 different external businesses weekly. Currently their workflow is hampered by having to type out the email format [fax number]@rcfax.com seven different times. Allow text to be typed in Fax TO: field in desktop app
You should not have to add a Contact before faxing. Right now, if you fax using a template and only a fax number, then the cover letter show nothing in the TO: line. I want to be able to have a separate "TO:" field and "Fax number" field, so my cover letter is not empty. Sometimes faxes are one time only and having to add a Contact also make the process slower.

Need setting to be able to change fax download folder location in desktop app
After a fax is sent, then download it (using icon on right). It defaults to downloading to the local PC Downloads folder. However, in a business environment, we must be able to customize this to download to another drive and folder. Storing to local PC is not good.

Export of all Fax User Data
The ability to export all fax user data is needed to avoid having to manually view the data through the users. Currently, the export only shows the main user data, but not any sub-user data of those who are configured to send and receive faxes or notifications. Imaging having 1000 fax numbers under you purview, and you need to have a report listed showing all the users who have access to send and receive. Add fillable line in Fax menu for person's name to auto-populate in Cover Page
So far there is only the option to add phone number in the To: section of a fax. Make a fillable line to add the recipient's full name that would auto-populate in the cover page. It would be more efficient compared to making a custom cover page. Thank you

eFax Preview
When preparing a fax in the desktop app, the fax cannot be previewed prior to sending. This feature would be very useful to make sure it is correct prior to sending it. (FYI, Fax is not included in the Product Line below)

Add RC internet fax printer to unified app
Please add the internet fax printer driver to the unified app, this is currently part of the desktop phone app and we desperately need this to move forward with using the unified app. This has nothing to automatically printing faxes so please do no merge it with that idea. This is solely for printing a document INTO the RC unified app to be SENT as a fax.

Make call queue faxes accessible in the RC app
When a call queue receives a voicemail the members of the queue are able to access the message via the RC app. When a fax is received by the queue the members are NOT able to access that message via the RC app. Could that be fixed so that all messages (whether voice or fax) to the queue are accessible via the app?Additionally, when a fax is received by the call queue, all the members are sent an email notification about the received fax. FAXES--Very Important for Attorneys Legal Issue
