  2. I have a physical phone at work and another at home. Example is I am at home and answer most all my calls. I come to work and the phone lists them as all as missed calls. The phones should sync. Mitel could do this, but RC can not. Very frustrating.

It would be helpful to be able to hear a different ringtone when I am receiving a business call from ringcentral's app. Right now, the same ringtone I have for my personal calls is the same for my business calls. The last company I had service with I knew when I was receiving a business call just by the ringtone. This feature would be helpful.

  5. I prefer on my desktop to have incoming calls ring in my browser & not on the desktop app. This is how it was set up at a previous company but the help chat said this is not an option. I want to keep everything open in my browser for ease of navigating when I'm on the phone.

  6. In the province of Quebec in Canada, there are a lot of services, like the police, public service, or companies that use phone numbers with only 7 digits. These numbers are always the same format ex: 310-XXXX, it seems we cannot dial 7 digits outside number. Can we fix that?

  11. Please reduce the volume on the default hold music, or provide a way to control the volume for all users in the admin portal. The default hold music is too loud right now. It should be the same volume as an average person speaking.

  13. The direct line for each user extension acts as a company number to the clients. If we create a custom rule for each user extension having it route to an IVR Menu when they dial the direct line, the callers get forwarded to the IVR Menu but go back on a loop if the key press they selected routes to the same direct line they dialed. Calls from the IVR Menu should ring directly to the user's phone instead of routing back to the IVR Menu.

  14. Feature Request : Cisco 8851 to have the users appear as a list on the Corporate directory
    Details : Having the option to display the list of users in the corporate directory instead of searching for each user
    Significance of the feature : allows to easy display on the user list instead of typing the name
    Current behavior : only has the option for Simple and Advance search and no option to display user as a list

  18. It would be nice to be able to customize the RingOut feature's. Such as the message that is heard, the number of times you have to connect the call (or duration in seconds.) When using RingOut with automations, it would be nice to have especially the latter option.
