  1. Currently, call pick up is not available for Cisco phones. Just like other phones, its also important to have a call pick up so whenever the phone ring, we will be able to answer the call using other phones without going to the location of the phone.

  6. It would be helpful to be able to hear a different ringtone when I am receiving a business call from ringcentral's app. Right now, the same ringtone I have for my personal calls is the same for my business calls. The last company I had service with I knew when I was receiving a business call just by the ringtone. This feature would be helpful.

  7. When an Agent is calling a customer with an outbound call from their Physical phone, there needs to be a Sync with the RC app that puts them in unavailable/DND during their OB call. Right now, my users are doing OB calls and still getting IB queued calls.

Ring Central configured our phones in house and sent them to us to assign to users, with a situation like this we are unable to change the Agents Ring Central DID number in the top right corner of the screen on the physical phone. This needs to be changed to the corporate number and their Extension to reduce confusion and help new hires provide the correct number to our customers.

    currently they can disable and replace the rule but they cant totally delete the rule.

  14. Create a feature that allows the Ring Central app to connect to a vehicles audio system. Currently the only way to answer a RC call / connect to a meeting is to answer by physically manipulating the mobile device which is illegal in a number of jurisdictions.

  16. If Multi-level IVR is setup, it should disable call routing for the extension that has the same extension number as the IVR key press choices. Example, if 1 is pressed, the call should not route to other extensions that has 1 if customer pressed 1 twice.

  18. Sometimes we prefer the receptionist to answer direct calls from customers, but if the receptionist is busy with a customer. Having the IVR prompt come up after several rings is better than that phone call hanging up or going to voicemail.
