Enable the RingCentral App to use the *9 mute feature
Ring central App does not allow us to use the *9 feature unless call is transferred from the desktop.

Tag specific people within teams.
It would be nice if we could set up specific groups within chats so it could tag only a few people. So if we wanted to set up a tag for management and only notify 5 out of 50 people, we could.

Seperate integrations from the user who added them
Right now in RingCentral Application integrations are bound to the user who created them. This causes risk for our development teams as if someone departs the company who added a key integration, that feature breaks and will need to be recreated.

Monitored lines should ring on the RC mobile app
We have a large number of users who will need to answer calls that are made to lines they monitor when they aren't able to access a computer. We've had to set these calls to forward to the users' personal numbers which they don't like.This can be resolved by calls ringing on the mobile app.

NEED to be able to delete glip-only users in the new RC app
With the introduction of the new all in one RingCentral app, admins can no longer delete Glip-only users on our account that are not tied to a RC phone extension.This is a huge security problem. When a user leaves the company, there's no way to prevent them from continuing to use RingCentral via their Glip-Only login. Even if I delete their email from our organization, it's still a functional login for RingCentral. Short of granting myself permissions to the terminated user's email and then sending a self-reset, I have no way to manage/disable these users.This option still exists in the…

Google Assistant
For our very large remote based sales and technician employees, having RingCentral work with Google Assistant would provide us with much more adoption in RingCentral across our organization. At this time, Google Assistant will not place calls via RingCentral.

Cell phone update
when using the app on the cell phone it tends to not update when we make changes on our admin portal. I’ve tried to log out and see no change when new employees have no usage. Also when the pictures of profiles are placed on employees then get disabled there should be a way of automatically disabling it.

User setting to show current call detail (phone number) or just presence status only in HUD
It would be helpful to have the option to show either the current call detail (the phone number that the agent is talking to) or simply the available/busy presence status only. For Administrators and Managers, the call detail is helpful. But ordinary agents should not see the phone number of who the CEO is talking to on their line.

Unsubscribe Text/SMS
External users should be able to unsubscribe from receiving RC SMS text from any company users and once they do unsubscribe, RC system should be up to date . So if anyone try again to send text/SMS to that person, that should get rejected automatically.

Static page | For not having to leave the ring
It would be nice to add an option for organizations to post their management tools inside the ring, such as a small static page that can be modified over time so that companies can post there the links they use, their tabs, or other documents.
This would help to avoid using other applications such as drive, trello, dropbox or web pages. So that we don't have to go out of the ring to do all our jobs.1 vote -
Adding Voice conference to All in one App just like Phone app
Currently users Can't use All in One app for Voice conference and calling Team (group) is not optimal when voice conference includes external parties.

Create Task associated w/ a call or sms
From the message list, I would like to be able to create a task and associate it w/ the given message. For instance, if I have a voicemail or text from a customer that requires follow-up, I would like to be able to create a task with the message linked/attached to it so that I can easily go back and refer to the original message.

Video Mail Messages
With the RC App feature, I thought it would be cool if we could send Video Messages, similar to VoiceMail. This would be great feature to add for the holiday season, or leaving a video message when a person doesn't answer the phone.

Samsung Galaxy Buds+ wireless
Customer is using the Samsung Galaxy Buds+ wireless headset on the RingCentral app. But there are times that it's not working properly. As per Gregory "I can hear the person but they can't here me. Sometimes, I can't hear the person at all." Please check the settings for the said headset with RingCentral Settings or if we can do an update with Samsung Galaxy Buds to avoid this issue.

Team Rooms with Guest Admins
I work with RingCentral App regularly. We often create groups that include many members of my domain and/or other domains. The issue is... the Team Admin must be from the creating organization. Is it possible for the creator of the Team to add Guest Admins from other organizations that can "Add People". This would be a huge help.

Don't change Region on Chrome Extension everytime it updates
Seems a bit odd, so each time RingCentral releases a update for the Chrome Extension we have to tell all our users to change their region back to UK? Seems a bit mad to default to the US, why can't it remember what the setting last was?It affects them calling external numbers, for example they can't call local numbers because the extension doesn't know how to handle the call as it thinks it's in the USA. Cheaper license for phone use only
Add a cheaper license type for digital lines assigned to a phone (not a user)Allow it to use intercom/paging and be part of a queue, but won't need meeting support or eFax This makes sense in offices where phones are shared but hotdesking isn't a good solution.

Be able to move the Desktop/Mobile App option down in the call ring order.
People in our office are working from home and from the office and when they're in the office, they want calls to ring on the Polycom phone and find it very distracting and inconvenient to have it ringing on their desktops. But they use the desktop app when they are working remotely, so they don't want to remove it from the queue entirely.
