Install RC Unified App for All user under admin access
Customer wants to have an option to install the app on their user's behalf. But prefer that they wanna do it on his end because not all of their employees as tech savvy.

Privacy Issues
A default company team was created at the creation of the account. The use of this team chat was abandoned as there was limited control of users. However, every new employee that joins the company has access to this old team chat, which contains former employee names and all past conversations. That makes no sense from a privacy or security stand point. I cant believe RC has not addressed this yet.

Merge SMS / Text and RC Messaging into a single tab
Some folks communicate with me over SMS, especially those who don't work at my agency. Some folks communicate over RC Messaging. On the Windows, Web and Mobile app, I'm constantly losing messages or toggling between the phone tab (to get SMS messages) and the message tab (to get RC Messages).These are all messages. They should be in a single pane of glass. Requiring multiple clicks / taps to toggle between them is annoying and discourages me from using either.Additionally, putting SMS messaging under the same tab as the phone icon feels a little like an 'old' way of looking at…

Remove delay between typing a phone number and pressing enter
If a phone number is typed in followed immediately by pressing enter (to start the call) it doesn't dial the number and the enter key needs to be pressed again. If the enter key button press is delayed by a few milliseconds the number can be dialed. Please remove this delay or at the very least make this configurable in the settings.

Dialing phone numbers doesn't automatically add dashes
It's easier to glance at a phone number before dialing with the dashes in place, that way typos are easier to spot. Thankfully the dashes are added after the call is started but at that point it's often too late.

Dialing a number containing letters or words doesn't automatically convert to numbers
In the old RingCentral Phone app dialing a phone number that contains letters will automatically convert the letters to the appropriate numbers, can the new app do this?

Team pickup call using Glip
Please add a ringtone and/or notification for team pick up calls on the GLIP App. This would then allow the users to see when and who is ringing their colleagues number at the time.

Extension Text Task Assignment
Another feature that may be included in this is an option to allow a "Text" message to just come from the main number, so clients don't become confused by all the various phone numbers associated with our office. List Queue lines as "Queues" on the app rather than "Direct"
Currently on dropdown menu in RingCentral App, where you select which number to call from, both your personal line and any call queues you are in appear as "Direct". Could the Call Queue lines appear as "Queue" to help users differentiate their number from that of the Queue number.

Put back HOLD button on Glip phone pad
The phone pad (app on desktop) switched the hold button to the video button. Please have the HOLD button to be put back or give the option to set up the Phone Pad.

Fix links to not break when there's a parenthesis
JIRA urls have parentheses in them sometimes, but pasting this into Glip produces hperlinks that don't work because Glip thinks the final parenthesis is theirs. Please figure out a way to not break the link when it contains its own parens

Give administrators the ability to switch of the RC App " App status"
When my RC app is minimized in my mobile phone screen or the mobile phone is on standby, the RC"app status" is grey (invisible). This "app status" in displayed to other agents when they try to transfer a call to me. This is confusing for them. Only when I open my app does my true"User status"(available, in a meeting, do not disturb) displays to other agents.

There should be another field in account creation for nick names. This would be helpful for people who wish to go by something other than their legal name.

Change defualt time zone in ringcentral scheduleing
The reason we want this change is so that we don't have to remember to the change the time zone all the time when creating lots of meetings.
