  2. I would like to be able to copy numbers and text from Excel and keep everything "as is" in 2 dimensions (in a grid). The information currently is pasted in a single column in the message so the table format is lost.

  5. This would allow for parents and students who send a text message after hours or on weekends to receive a message back that I am unavailable. This prevents students and parents feeling "ghosted" when they send a message after hours.

  7. Currently we have the setting set to show the called number on the call queue but it is only working on a desk phone and RingCentral Phone App. Hoping we will also have this working using the RingCentral App

  9. we send code snippets via Ring Central messaging and used to have the ability to maintain formatting and spacing by adding[code] to the message. We would like that functionality back and included in messaging formating

  11. IVR Menus can not be searched (unlike People and Queues can be) - please allow IVRs to be searchable in Dial Dialog.People might wish to forward a caller to an IVR Menu, instead of to a particular queue.

  12. This is mostly a privacy concern, but also is very confusing for new users. When a new user is "selecting" their emergency address, this field should either show only the main company address, maybe also show any additional addresses from multi-site mode. If this isn't possible then it should just not auto-populate at all. Having it list all user addresses that have ever been entered is not acceptable. Granted, this list does not show which address belongs to whom, but seeing thousands of addresses that belong to current and past employees in a list like this should not be a…

  13. We would like to see the status (busy/DND etc.) to be viewable from the "R" application when it is on your task bar. This way you do not have to open the app to see what status you are - This would prompt people in remembering they went on DND - as it would have a red circle of something similar highlighted.Teams has this function so something similar to teams would be ideal.

  14. It would be useful to add extra digits to incoming phone numbers displaying on my phone. I found this feature to be usefull (it used to be an option) because it told me right away that it was a business call via ringcentral. I use my phone also for personal calls, so this made it easy to screen them

  15. We need a way for our receptionists to use the RingCentral App to monitor and answer calls for their department directors. This is only available using the RingCentral Phone however the rest of our institution is using the RingCentral App for desktop(glip).

  18. I'm trying to edit a "guest" profile in app.ringcentral.com. When logged in, I click on the contacts tab and select a guest contact. Their info comes up - but no option to edit the info. I would like to add a phone number to their guest profile.

  19. Unread, Urgent and other default and custom flags would be helpful as filters in the history list. Buttons in the left panel within each section (like All voicemail exists now) and selectable in the Filter search box.

  20. When a client within our contacts calls in on the application only the initals are shown and not the full name so we really have no idea who it is until we pick up the call which is no use to us and I can imagine to anyone with more than 5 people in their contacts.
