Cloud Recording Audio
RC Meetings. Cloud Recording defaults to Speaker View
When recording a meeting locally, we can switch between Speaker and Gallery view and the recording shows this switch in view.
When recording a meeting to the cloud, the meeting records in Speaker view regardless of our view setting and I cannot find a setting to force the cloud recording to adapt to the user view choice.

Make the "Set Status Message" more visible to what it is set to. Similar to what Outlook does when you have your out of office message active. I often forget to clear my status after returning to the office.

Sending an announcement to a group by using a desk phone button, soft key or and/or a click on the app.
We would like an option wherein, when our receptionist needs help in the lobby when someone comes in the building, she can just press a button, keystroke, or something in the RC computer app to send an announcement to a group of people that she needs help.

Multiple Device Log - In per User Extension using Ring Central App
We kindly request the consideration of expanding the current limitation of simultaneous device logins per extension from two to a range of five to ten authorized users. This enhancement would significantly improve the convenience and productivity of our development team, facilitating efficient collaboration and streamlined workflows. By enabling a greater number of authorized devices to be connected concurrently, our developers would have the flexibility to seamlessly access and work on projects from various locations or devices, fostering a more dynamic and agile development environment.

Add Dinosaur Emojis to RingCentral Chat
This is useful because sometimes you need to reference a dinosaur in a chat. This would benefit me specifically as I recently needed to reference a dinosaur and couldn't. It should work by clicking the emoji button and scrolling down to animals and at least 4 dinosaur options should be available (minimum of T-Rex, Brachiosaurus, Stegosaurus, Triceratops)(Pteranodon if a 5th is an option). Also a T-Rex with grabber arms would be nice (it's funny because T-Rex's have short arms.)

live transfer/warm transfer from a merged call
Please have a feature allowing users who initiated the call transfer to another user/carrier to have a button to disconnect from the merge call leaving the initial caller and the person they are transferred to on the line.

Incoming 2nd call to be forward directly to user/third party number/ call queue
Hi. Our customer is suggesting that we should have an option to disable/enable the call waiting in our RingCentral application. This is specific for direct calls. So if a user is already engaged on the call, we can disable the call waiting to prevent another call to be connected to the user who is already engaged, and the call should be connected to the call queue or third party number. We can imagine that call waiting may be kinda annoying to some users as their app will be ringing while already on a call.

Shared Voicemails: Increase number of voicemail boxes per co-recipient
It would be very useful for business owners to be able to add themselves to all voicemail boxes as co-recipients, that way they can easily access all voicemails. Currently the limit of voicemail boxes per co-recipient is 5. It would be helpful to increase this number or make it unlimited.

Ability to restrict chat, video, text messaging and contacts in a specific role and/or user
We have a third party call center who we are having use RingCentral. But we only want them to have the phone. We don't want them having access to contacts from the company directory, we don't want them to be able to text or chat or video chat. We have a role set up for these third party agents, so it would be nice if there was a way to disable chat, text messaging, video chat and remove the contacts option from their left column. Basically so it will be nothing but a phone for them.
