Multiple Device Log - In per User Extension using Ring Central App
We kindly request the consideration of expanding the current limitation of simultaneous device logins per extension from two to a range of five to ten authorized users. This enhancement would significantly improve the convenience and productivity of our development team, facilitating efficient collaboration and streamlined workflows. By enabling a greater number of authorized devices to be connected concurrently, our developers would have the flexibility to seamlessly access and work on projects from various locations or devices, fostering a more dynamic and agile development environment.

Group Text Messaging
I am on the phone with Ring Central customer service right now and he is guiding me through posting this.Ring Central is false advertising that it has Group Text Messaging. The customer service rep confirmed with senior tech support that it's not true. A Ring Central user can start a group text message; however, responses from non-Ring Central phone numbers don't come back into the group, they come back individually. Which defeats the purpose. The purpose of group text messages is to keep all group members on the same page so all sent and received messages need to be held…

RingEx Desktop App change functionality
In the RingEx desktop app under Call Rules and Voicemail you can 'Forward all calls'. We've been advised by Ring Tech Support that this does not work if the incoming call comes via a Call Queue. This could be misleading if a user expects this to work and does not test first.
Could this either be changed so call queue calls are also forwarded or at least the description of 'Forward all calls' be annotated to advise as such.5 votes -
Visibility of missed calls from call queue on the RingCentral app
We propose the addition of a "Missed Calls" tracking feature within the RingCentral app. This feature would enable users to view and manage missed calls not only from their direct line but also from call queues and other users within their organization. Here are the key components of this feature:Unified Missed Call Log: Users would have a centralized "Missed Calls" section within the RingCentral app that consolidates missed calls from all sources, including their direct line, call queues they are a part of, and calls for other users they have permission to access.Clear Call Queue Missed Calls: For users who…

Sending multiple fax pages at once
Currently at your support website, the limitation of your fax pages we should be able to send is up to 200. I've tested this multiple times, but it always fails to send despite not exceeding the size limit. I've contacted support about this but they're recommendation is to break the faxes by batch making it 100 pages per fax. A feature which allows us to send faxes with more than 100 pages on it per fax will be greatly appreciated.

Make blacklisted international phone numbers easier for admins to identify
We see area codes, sometimes many for a single country, and even if the visible area codes are enabled it just says that the user is 'not authorized to make the call'. We have to call in to determine that the number is blacklisted for fraud and a form request must be sent in to the fraud team to unlock the blocked number. If a different message presented, or if the billing area included the codes that are blacklisted, it would just make this easier to know that a request needs to be sent to whitelist the number. Otherwise, it feels…

Force Log-out due to Inactivity
Dear RingCentral Development Team,I would like to propose a feature request that would enhance the user experience and security of the RingCentral App for both mobile and desktop platforms. Currently, the RingCentral App automatically logs users out after 14 days of inactivity for security reasons. While security is a paramount concern, we believe that offering administrators the ability to customize this inactivity log-out duration would provide more flexibility and better cater to individual organization needs.Feature Request: Customizable Inactivity Log-Out DurationDescription: Allow administrators to define and customize the duration of inactivity after which users are automatically logged out from the RingCentral…

Suggest a "go back to previous conversation" button, to return to a previous conversation
Within the desktop and mobile messaging application, having a "back" button would allow users to easily navigate between typing in a conversation and returning to a separate conversation, after researching/referencing/etc.
Since the mobile app keeps newest messages at the top it is easy to navigate if a message has been made, but what if you've been searching for information from a previous conversation in order to speak with a new contact? you may wish to reference or return to the conversation. Rather than searching again, having a navigational "previous message" (and/or "next message") would facilitate the process and speed up…

Message history retrieval following extension deletion or option to download message logs prior to deleting an extension
Message history retrieval following extension deletion or option to download message logs prior to deleting an extension would be a highly beneficial feature. This would allow users to access and review their previous conversations, messages, and interactions even after an extension has been removed or uninstalled. Furthermore, providing the ability to download and save message logs before deleting an extension would ensure that valuable data and information is not lost permanently. This feature could be particularly useful for individuals or organizations that need to maintain records or archives of their communication history for various purposes, such as compliance, auditing, or…
