Status to be displayed on APP when app is in the task bar (similar to teams)
We would like to see the status (busy/DND etc.) to be viewable from the "R" application when it is on your task bar. This way you do not have to open the app to see what status you are - This would prompt people in remembering they went on DND - as it would have a red circle of something similar highlighted.Teams has this function so something similar to teams would be ideal.

Adding extra digits to the incoming number
It would be useful to add extra digits to incoming phone numbers displaying on my phone. I found this feature to be usefull (it used to be an option) because it told me right away that it was a business call via ringcentral. I use my phone also for personal calls, so this made it easy to screen them

Monitor calls/answer calls for others in RingCentral App
We need a way for our receptionists to use the RingCentral App to monitor and answer calls for their department directors. This is only available using the RingCentral Phone however the rest of our institution is using the RingCentral App for desktop(glip).

Account data recovery
When an account is deleted there should be a 15 day data retention policy in place in case of mistaken deletion, or for auditing purposes.

Set Numbers that can Override Do Not Disturb
Add the ability to configure specific numbers that would override the Do Not Disturb setting. Use case is for someone who is on call after hours for emergencies, who may want to set RingCentral to Do Not Disturb for general calls and messages but still needs to receive calls that are coming from the emergency dispatch number. Similar to what iPhone currently has where you can set the ability for a number to still come through as a call when your phone is in Do Not Disturb mode.

Edit "guest" profiles in RC app
I'm trying to edit a "guest" profile in app.ringcentral.com. When logged in, I click on the contacts tab and select a guest contact. Their info comes up - but no option to edit the info. I would like to add a phone number to their guest profile.

Filter phone items
Unread, Urgent and other default and custom flags would be helpful as filters in the history list. Buttons in the left panel within each section (like All voicemail exists now) and selectable in the Filter search box.

Display full name of contact on inbound calls
When a client within our contacts calls in on the application only the initals are shown and not the full name so we really have no idea who it is until we pick up the call which is no use to us and I can imagine to anyone with more than 5 people in their contacts.

Automatically remove details from photo like GPS coordinates
This is already a feature in most chat apps. Remove all details from photo uploaded to provide security.

To add a feature that only sends out text messages with no option to call or reply to sender.
I would like a feature added, if it's not already in place, where I am able to send out text messages to my employees but the employees will not be able to respond to the text message or call the sender's phone number.

Admins : Approve or Deny message being sent to mass notify teams on Glip
We can create rules regarding Distribution Lists for Exchange that requires approval before mass emails are sent, I would like to have this same feature applied to Glip as our company has a team account that includes all users.

Call queue to VM flexibility
I have a team that shares a workload. All calls coming through one number are handled by a team of people. Customize Call Screening Prompt
We have been long-term customers of RingCentral, and it seems we recall that we were able to customize the "Call Screening Prompt" years ago, but the feature is no longer available. We have been able to customize almost all aspects of our callers' experience except this one. We'd like to suggest that RC make it possible to upload your own custom prompt, rather than having the system-generated voice. It would make for a seamless experience!

Polycom Phones - Message Light on LE+HotDesk
When a user logs into a Polycom LE+Hotdesk phone and has unread voicemail, the message light does not come on. It only comes on if a message is received while they are logged in. Users do not know from the Polycom phone if they have unread messages left while they weren't logged in.
