    There is an inconsistency in how the Caller ID name is displayed in the Caller ID dropdown between the Mobile App and the Desktop App.

    Current Behavior:

    Mobile App: The Caller ID dropdown displays the name assigned to the phone number in the admin portal.
    Desktop App: The Caller ID dropdown displays the name of the extension to which the phone number is assigned.

    Expected / Desired Behavior:

  7. Currently, end-to-end encryption (E2EE) for phone calls in the RingCentral desktop, web, and mobile apps cannot be turned off once it has been enabled during an active call.

    The customer has requested the ability to disable E2EE after it is turned on during the call, as there is currently no option to revert it back to standard encryption without ending the call.

    This limitation affects call flexibility and access to certain features that are unavailable when E2EE is enabled.

  9. If an account has the auto-receptionist routed to Company Greeting and then receives a call that gets disconnected while at the company greeting phase, a missed call is generated. There should be an option to create a workflow builder when the call is just at the company greeting phase.

  12. There should be an option to delete vs only edit the avatar profile picture. I like having a picture but some companies want to control the avatar (make sure it's professional if they show up on a video meeting) or to delete for a new user if they only need to repurpose a profile without deleting the user completely. As I partner I would like to have this option for end-user training. If I demonstrate how to add an avatar, I can't delete it. But there has been a customer who set a policy about avatars and wanted to delete…

    Introduce administrative controls to restrict visibility and usage of the Workflow Builder feature within the RingCentral App.

    Description

    Currently, the Workflow Builder is visible and accessible to users without sufficient administrative oversight. This request proposes enhanced access controls to improve security, governance, and user experience.

    Requested Enhancements

    Hide Workflow Builder from App UI

    Provide an admin-level setting to completely hide the Workflow Builder option from the RingCentral App interface for selected users or roles.

    This helps reduce confusion for users who are not intended to use automation features.

  14. Our organization actively uses the Business SMS Booster feature, and it works well within the RingCentral Desktop App, where the Shared SMS Inbox is fully accessible.
    However, the Shared SMS tab does not appear on the RingCentral Mobile App, preventing users from accessing or responding to shared SMS messages while away from their computer.

  19. A great feature would be a popup when a customer calls us with any little notes about the customer. For instance, If I dialed a customer's number and they did not pick up, I create a little note about the caller that says, I tried calling ABC to make them pay their upgrade of $30. Please run the card if he calls back." That way other associates know how to serve the client.
