Prevent Agent Disconnection During Caller Hang-Up in SPOG Transfers
Requesting a change to the current SPOG transfer behavior: When a caller hangs up during a transfer, the transferring and receiving agents should remain connected instead of being disconnected. This would allow agents to complete internal coordination or follow-up actions even if the caller drops unexpectedly.
This change would help improve agent communication and reduce disruption during call handoffs.

Allow adding more than 3 accounts to RingCentral app
The current limit for adding multiple accounts to the RingCentral desktop app is 3. This limit should be increased to allow more than 3 accounts.
This will be useful for partners that are working projects for multiple RingCentral customers.

Add Option to Filter All Posts by a Specific User Within a Team Conversation
Currently, filtering messages by a specific user in a Team conversation requires entering a keyword and only returns posts that match the search term. We would like the ability to filter and view all messages posted by a specific team member within a conversation, regardless of content. This would greatly improve visibility and tracking in collaborative threads.

Message notifications sound for all new massages at all times
While I am reading someone's message your system does not make a sound notification that someone else has sent me a message for a new message. In this case, I never get notified by a sound to alert me that I have a new message. This should be a basic standard to make a sound whenever a new message is sent as a notification.

Add integration for the RingSense for RingCX icon within the RingCentral app interface
Request to integrate the RingSense for RingCX icon into the RingCentral app interface to improve accessibility and visibility for users. Currently the icon only shows in the RingCentral app if the account has RingSense for Sales. The icon should be positioned consistently with other app features and allow users to easily launch or access RingSense for RingCX functionality directly from the main app UI. Acceptance Criteria: RingSense for RingCX icon is visible within the RingCentral app UI. Icon links to or opens RingSense for RingCX features. Placement is consistent with existing design standards. Available for users with appropriate permissions.

I want hud to stay on my screen even after i hung up the call. Currently it goes to dial pad after I hung up the call from hud.

Images category within folders under Message on mobile app
In the desktop version under "Messages" each folder has a quick sort of: Pinned, Files, Images, Tasks, Links, Notes, Events, Code Snippets, and Apps. On the mobile version only Files, Pinned, Tasks, Events, Notes, Links are available. I need Images to be available on mobile as well as desktop.

Hotdesk in Germany
At the moment Hotdesk Devices in Germany with a German number are only supported, when you use the setup of limited extension devices as per this support article (https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/8863.html?brand=RC_US&product=RingEX&language=en_US)
This has the disadvantage that you can always place a call from this device which is not expected or whished by the client to happen. Also it requires an additional limited extension license.Instead, the behaviour should be like when setting up UK devices, meaning:
- Hotdesk works as you would expect
- no calls possible when logged out
- licence is for freeAt the moment this is…
