allow site change on the ringcentral app to toggle caller id from one site to another
if customer only have 1 user ext but has multiple site they would like to have the ability to use the numbers from one site to another. and that they will not need to login via admin portal.

EX Client
In the EX client, when you click on the bubble, that could contain your picture, leave that window open until user decides to close. Meaning; if I need to change my availability, status and turn on accept call q's instead of that window auto closing like it does now, causing me to have to open it again, leave it open with a X in the upper corner to close when you are done with that window.

Improve the auto-detect to Computer Audio Devices.
Develop RingCentral App to be able to put audio through Stereo instead of only HANDS-FREE AG AUDIO.
I use a headset that my PC uses the Stereo channel for as default. The sound quality is far better. RingCentral will always default to PC Default for voice calls, but is incapable of putting audio through that channel. I have to change it at the start of the day every time.Video is a different issue entirely. The video settings constantly default, the first time of the day, to my PC Microphone and Speakers or uses the Stereo speakers of the headset.…

Hello with SmartNotes AI is there a way to disable the voice notification when its turned on? We already have call recording turned on so it goes through two different messages saying call being recorded, then call transcript started which confuses the inbound phone call with the customer

When an agent picks up a call from a parked location, the agent cannot be monitored. We need the ability to monitor a call that an agent picked up from a parked location.

Change Status from Outgoing Calls to Missed Calls if incoming calls was missed from the IVR
When someone calls the IVR and pressed a key to the IVR (route to Call Queue Extension) and the call queue member missed the call, it shows from the Apps that it is an outgoing call instead of missed. Which is very confusing. Should be tagged as missed call.

Disable Autostart of Desktop App
In virtualized environments (VDI) an autostart option is required to control the autostart escpecially in environments with limited ressources. Please enable provide an option/parameter for an admin to control the behavior. When the admin manages the setting, the user should not have the option anymore to change this.

Ability to show the call schedule on caller screen
