  3. On a user's phone, there should be the correct current status be displayed.This is very helpful in a large office environment for colleagues to see, what is the status without having access to a soft client.

  5. 10 ----> 11 - initial call
    11 ---> 12 - put on hold 10, calls to 12 - in the display of 12 it shows talking with 11, and then 11 transfer 10 to 12.
    10 ---> 12 - 10 and 12 talk, in the display of 12 it shows talking with 10

    When the call ends, in the history of 12 it shows the call came from 11, and not from 10.

    Is there a way/configuration that in the history to show that the call came from 10 instead of 11? Yealink T46U

  8. Translate abbreviations in voicemail to text as abbreviations only. For example, it generally translates "PA" to Pennsylvania, which is not what we intended.

  16. I would like the ability to arrange the order that my "My caller ID:" is listed. I have over 25 clear ID's and if I am not using full screen it does not show all my caller ID options. I'd like the ability to rearrange the color ideas in any order I would like or at least the ability to choose by name A- Z etc. or by number.

  20. Currently we have a default greeting in place for all end users that have an MVP phone #:

    "Your call has been forwarded to the voicemail for Ruben Castro. No one is available to take your call. At the tone, please record your message. When you've finished recording, you may hang up or press the # key for more options."

    We were wondering if there is a way to modify this and update the verbiage, and also had a question regarding this particular feature set and how dynamic it can be.

    -Is there a way to insert your own verbiage…
