    This feature request is for the ability to configure outbound caller ID settings within the RingCentral admin portal specifically for MS Teams integration. The configuration should allow the main number or site number to appear as the caller ID when making outbound calls via MS Teams Direct Routing 2.0.

  5. Customer is requesting a feature that allows the * or # keys to function after a number is pressed in the IVR, enabling the caller to return to the previous menu rather than being directed to the voicemail of the extension when * is pressed.

  7. More than 1000 participants for the audio conference calling. They are able to join via dial in, using the host code or participants code but they can only join up to 1000 participants including the host and wanted to increase the number of participants for the audio conference calling. Wanted to have a license or a feature that can have this feature to be available with RingCentral. They wanted to have more than 1000 participants that can join their audio conference calling.

  16. I like that we can have our phone ring for pickup groups that we are monitoring but would like this to be something that isn't an all or nothing option. I have user extensions on my phone for speed dial purposes that I do not need to have ring when on my phone when they receive a call. Allowing us to pick specific monitored users to ring would be very helpful.

  19. Due to the recent migration to the New Call Rule Service for User Extensions, the ability to add multiple number types to call flip is no longer available. Call Flip only supports User DLs and PSTN numbers after the migration.

    Looking to have the following number types to be added to the call flip:
    User DIDs
    Co-worker DL/DID
    Company numbers
    Group DIDs (CQ, IVR, DLG, etc)
