New Layout Dial Pad: (To “merge” conference the call, need to click on “Call list” then hover over call on hold and select the “merge” option)This is making it harder for our users to "Merge' calls. Can we get the functionality added back into the new app? Workaround: Switch the MVP App to the Old Layout but we don't know how long it will be around.

  2. There is no possibility to filter by department or other criteria beside Site when adding members to a qall queue. This is quite annoying as call queues most often are not the same as Site members. I think you and admins of many other companies will agree with me here. Best Regards

  3. Within Call Queues there is an option for After Hours to forward voicemails to external numbers. During work hours you can send voicemails to the Call Queues extension or another extension. The customer would like the option during work hours to forward voicemails to external numbers.

  6. We would like to remove the ability for end users to change their email address on their accounts. We use SSO to log in and when users update the email incorrectly, it breaks the SSO login. It would be global, not just US.

  8. We need to be able to track Users who turn ON and OFF the Auto-Answer Calls Feature from the Ring-Central App. It only logs it currently from the admin portal. Also it would be great to be able to globally disable this feature from all users at the admin level.

  12. Please add three selections to be made in the Call Queue display settings. Currently, only two selections can be made. We need the display settings to include three options for all incoming calls: Queue name, Caller ID, and Called ID name.

I am not happy with the new UI and before the UI changed for Users for Call Handling and Custom Rules it looked the same as Call Queues and had the option for "Validate Rules" to make sure that no rules were conflicting. I did testing and found that there was no way of telling if the rules were conflicting and it just allowed the rule to be turned on without any type of warning.This NEEDS to be re-implemented into the system because now it is not telling my 13+ warehouse managers if there is a conflicting rule when they're…

Date and time stamp should be included in all text messages being sent within the RingCentral desktop app. At times, this is used in conjunction with our Accounting team to receive confirmation from users to approve certain matters. Having the text message only read 'today' does not help to validate when the communication actually took place (date and time). The only time date and time is included together is when it's a past date.

  19. What we are trying to do is remove the ability of the users who are in a call queue from turning off their call queue calls. We would like to remove this option or grey it out so the queue users cannot change it.
