Updated 9/8/23: This has been moved to Q1 2024Hi everyone, this is planned as a two parter: coming in December 2022, users will be able to select which number their outbound texts are sent through in settings. Coming later in 2023, users will be able to select their outbound number in the separate messaging window (not just in settings). This only addresses outbound caller ID. instead of only having the operator be able to view and respond to SMS's from the main number, it would be great if we can create something similar to a call group for SMS's and choose who we want to have access to the company number for SMS.

each extension should be able to choose from which number they can send text messages. As of today, only the operator has that option.
