Really need this feature for our team... huge time saver!

We send text messages to patient's to remind them of appointment times and requirements, normal lab values, etc. It would be nice to have a way to write these up ahead of time and save them to send so that all of our staff is sending the same messages.

Would love to see this become a reality! Interfacing with customers all the time and just need a drop-down menu with pre-typed replies to choose from. Would save SO MUCH TIME!!

Saved list of quick replies instead of retyping same replies over again, AirBNB has quick replies and is a real time saver

I have used Zipwhip for several years, they have a very convenient feature that allows admin to save SMS Templates with placeholders so that we can repeatedly send the same message as needed.For example, a Template named "Prescription Reminder":Hi [First Name], it's time to update your prescription. Dr. Holcomb has availablility next week to see you. Let's get you booked!This Template can be chosen from a dropdown and sent to multiple people with 1 click as an anonymous group message.This feature does not exist in RingCentral, I have talked with support several times.Thanks.

Your sms tool needs a template feature built in. This would save us a ton of time.

Adding a SMS template for sending and receiving SMS on RingCentral

Text snippets are common functionality for any modern communications platform. They save the user a lot of time typing routine greetings, responses, or fairwells. Currently, the text messaging screen only has an icon for attaching a file or inserting an emoji. Next to that, it would be ideal to add an icon for text snippets that insert pre-defined text blocks. The user should be able to associate a keyboard shortcut with the text snippet to create even greater efficiency. I have included three screen shots from our online chat client that shows the Quick Response setup screen, the icon from the chat page, and the menu to select and insert from.

Many situations require repition and this functionality would be very useful

During texting, it would be great to have preset messages to choose from when several clients are texting in at one time. Such as, one moment pleas.

I would like to be able to make text templates to send out to my customers.
