Assign CNAM to individual users direct numbers via Admin Portal
If Ring Central allows for company's main number and NAME to be uploaded to National Caller ID Database , why can't NAMES of individual direct dial numbers be uploaded as well? It would be a HUGE help. This is a no brainer. Please make it happen. Clients should be able to see a caller id when called from number other than main number.

Right now there is only the ability to have a Caller ID Name for the whole company. To increase the probability of a user connecting with a client via phone, it would be helpful if each direct line of each user could have their own unique Caller ID Name

This is useful for when an employee needs to call a customer/place we do business with. It would be a great option to have.
