i would add some teams Direct routing support would be handy as well, maybe a way to view notes etc without using the app and calls to be transcribed if AI is enabled and call answered via DR

HOW is this feature STILL not available on the deskphones? Every month in the "what's new" webinar the lady keeps saying it "should be enabled in the next couple months" and yet here we are, month after month, with no functionality.

Our office staff rely on AI Transcription when we're away from our desks, and it has been incredibly helpful. The ability to use this feature with our desk phones is crucial, especially since we are renting them. It feels unprofessional to use personal phones for work-related tasks, yet that seems to be the only way to access this feature. Since we rent desk phones, we believe it’s essential to have access to this functionality to support our productivity.

My office staff use Ring Central desk phones and we really use the AI transcription feature. But, when my staff answers their phone at there desk we have no record of the conversation that took place. It is a complete waste of money to rent desk phones and not have this important AI feature available. I do not want my people using their personal cell phones for inbound or outbound business calls. It doesn't make for a professional look asking employees not to use their desk phone, only their personal cell phone.

CALL RECORDING works regardless of phone method, but AI NOTE TAKING / TRANSCRIPTION is NOT available on VOIP/Desk Phone calls. This is critical to fix. PLEASE!

just like CALL RECORDING works on all phones regardless of method dialed or answered (via Ring Central App and physical Desk Phones / VOIP), please make AI NOTE TAKING work on VOIP physical desk phones, too. Note taking only works if a call is active in the app, which doesn't work in my situation with external VOIP headset.
Calls made from or to my desk phone get CALL RECORDING automatically and I can replay the recordings. But not AI NOTE TAKING, even when i my account settings have AI Note Taking set to ON FOR ALL CALLS.
