It's important that we see if a user is 'on break', instead of just seeing 'unavailable' in the Live Reports. it's also better that we can customize it such as 'coaching', 'meeting', etc.

Present Call Flows based on status is a must to have with several more Call State drop down options. Example: Drop down state "On Break" should also allow the option to preconfigure what happens for inbound calls when set to "On Break" Play a different VoiceMail like "I'm in the office but currently on a short break, etc..."
Out Office status setting could play a Voicemail Greeting prerecorded to say, "I'm currently OOO, etc..)

The ideal scenario would be to have this linked to the Contact Center so that it syncs automatically, allowing agents to enter their lunch or break in just one location instead of two.

Why have these if you cant add to them. If we want users to set their state, we need like break and lunch added to them.
