"Ring when extensions I am monitoring receive incoming calls" only works when the monitored user receives a direct call (i.e., their extension is used). I would like to use this feature when a monitored user answers a call from the queue.

Warm Transfer call for Yealink T46U
When transferring a call using the sidecar extension buttons on the Yealink T46U phone, they cannot speak to who they are transferring to first – the call immediately gets transferred. If they manually enter an extension to transfer a call, they can announce it and then complete the transfer.
It would be best if there is a setting when they press a preprogrammed extension button, they can announce the transfer first

VM Issue
My business is encountering an issue that is caused by the usage of RC so I wanted to address it in hopes there is or will be a solution. When someone calls on of our offices and leaves a VM, the VM shows up in every user's VM.... when a person checks the VM and handles it, the VM still shows in all of the other staff's VM and no one knows it has been handled; duplicating calls and really making us look like we don't have it together. Is there a workaround for this? I was told by support....…

Inbound caller ID of the originating caller when transferring the call via ask first and when the deskphone pairing is on
As of this moment HUD is not yet supported when Deskphone pairing is enabled. When transferring calls via ask first while the deskphone pairing is on it should show the originating number of the caller. Let's say caller A answered by B and need to transfer the call to phone C via ask first they wanted to see on the caller ID as Caller A instead of caller B.

Click-to-dial ability to follow the call forwarding for users on Do Not Disturb
Ability for an extension to use click-to-dial even when a user is on DND , the system will automatically follow their call forwarding settings or route the call to the designated call queue.

Delegate Additional Feature
We have a customer who would like to add a feature for the Delegate so that the Exec can barge to the call, like a normal call without making it a conference call by the Delegate or a parked call.

Calls are being count as missed when monitoring extension.
Remove the behavior where monitoring someone is counted as missed calls on the app and call logs of the one monitoring the calls. This will help our stats.

Ring Groups should display if your on a call
When adding people to a ring group under a users extension the HUD or Presence does not change to show them having incoming calls or on an active call when that extension is ringing.
Example
Extension 11111
Under this extension you add extension 22222 to a ring group so they both ring together.When 11111 is dialed 22222 will not show they have an incoming call when it is ringing or busy if they answered that call.

Presence indicator on RingCentral app for desktop SMS part.
Need to have a presence indicator on the SMS section on the RingCentral app for desktop, similar to the one in the Messages part, where you can see if the person is available or on call. Hope you can fix it for SMS section.

Mitel 6940: Add user status indicators with Intercom programming
Our office uses the Mitel 6940 but uses the Intercom function, instead of the Presence function. The user status indicator is not currently available with Intercom and THAT is exactly when a status is MOST needed!!! Please modify the software to make that a reality. It would make the office communications much more smooth and non-disruptive. Now, we end up interrupting auser's call for a transfer because we have no idea if they are on the phone. A truly negative software attribute. Thanks

...ation, DND- Lunch, DND-Out Sick, DND-Meeting, etc…. Customer wants to define more to DND for phone status and not just setting the “Set Status Message” but expect RC to create custom DND items to select, example; DND-Vacation, DND-Lunch, DND-Dinner, DND-OutSick, DND-Traveling, etc…. They want also the option of changing Available as well with reason codes and not with Set Status Message. If any of DND descriptions is selected, it puts the phone in DND and follow the call handing path.
