When getting text via email, it just says the number, but not the contact information
advise that the system-generated notification will only show the phone number details and not the actual contact name associated with the phone number

We would like to request additional automated SMS quota usage alerts to our account
Currently, we are only receiving alerts when the usage reaches 90% and 100%.

Shared outbound texting from shared outbound sales lines
We purchased additional phone lines that serve as a bank of phone numbers used for outbound sales activities that are shared by our entire sales team. It would be nice if the sales team could also use these same numbers as outbound text messaging and any reply text from the outbound shared phone lines would deliver the texts messages to the group of sales people using the shared phone lines. Currently the shared lines are not able to be selected for out bound texting.

We would like to request the ability to filter the inbound SMS messages we receive. Example , we would like to exclude simple responses such as “like” or any indication that the customer liked the message we sent.
This filtering would help us focus on more important message and reduce sms usage.

Option to delete messages or multiple messages
It would be beneficial to introduce a feature allowing users to delete multiple messages or entire chats simultaneously, rather than deleting them individually. This would save time, especially for users who need to clean up or manage their chat history more efficiently.

I want to ensure that we have a backup of the chats. if an user lost their chat history, that is very helpful to retrieve those chats.
I want to ensure that we have a backup of the chats. Some of our users have lost their chat history, and it's impossible to retrieve those conversations. Having a chat backup option would be beneficial for users, allowing them to recover their data.

It would be nice to be able to reorganize any text templates in the list. LIke being able to drag and drop more used texts to the top and less used to the bottom.

Very limited features available on Phone App via Text, but they're available via message (Internally)
On the RC Phone App if you go to Messages & message an employee you have the below options, but you don’t have these options when using Text in the RC App. • You Can like the message • You can Edit the Message • You can reply with Emojis None of the above options are available when using Text on the RC Application. Auto messages for none saved clients vs saved
If a new number calls that is not saved, you can have it auto set up texts that go to them. As well as a separate section for clients saved. I use this for my business and it would be helpful for clients that have not been saved yet that I can not get to yet. But I do not need the text for new clients to go to those already saved who are my existing ones.

Problem Statement: RingCentral provides an essential feature that allows customers to opt-out of receiving SMS messages by simply replying either one of the following keywords (depending on the implementation): STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, CANCEL, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT.
While this automated system works reliably in most cases, there are rare situations where an opt-out might not be recorded correctly in the RingCentral account. This can lead to your customers continuing to receive unwanted messages, causing frustration for them and potential compliance issues for your business.

Outbound SMS Phone Number in Contact History - Contact Center
Sending outbound SMS messages - when we send an outbound SMS message it does not display the customer phone number in contact history but instead displays a random-looking string of characters. It would be excellent if this were modified to instead show the customer's phone number instead of the random character string.
