Ability to append messages with OPT OUT verbiage (check box) has been removed.
For a short time, we had the ability to check a box, that appended a message with verbiage that added the OPT OUT wording (see attachment). That feature is now gone. Please bring it back! One of the most helpful SMS things I've seen and used! Please bring it back ASAP.

Since Ring limits the number of characters in a message, create a character counter so the writer knows how many characters they can send before the message fails.

Option to Use Call queue extension as SMS recipient
Have the option to use the call queue ext as SMS recipient and not just a regular extension.

Requesting a system enhancement that automatically converts long SMS messages (e.g., job listings with pay rates) into MMS format or optimally splits them across SMS segments, while removing/replacing special characters that trigger UCS-2 encoding. This would prevent message delivery errors caused by exceeding segment limits or unsupported characters, and ensure consistent delivery of structured text content like job postings.

Ability to see additional information for inbound SMS such as their email address etc.
Way to view additional guest information—such as their name or contact details—on the RC app when a message is received. Currently, we’re only able to see the guest’s phone number, but it would be incredibly helpful operationally if we could also pull their reservation number, email address, and name through the API.
