Need setting to be able to change fax download folder location in desktop app
After a fax is sent, then download it (using icon on right). It defaults to downloading to the local PC Downloads folder. However, in a business environment, we must be able to customize this to download to another drive and folder. Storing to local PC is not good.

Right now the only workaround is to put a dummy email on the messaging notification for fax transmission to enable it, and for the sender of the fax to receive the fax transmission result, it will be easier to configure for everyone if there's a certain option who to received the fax transmission since not everyone knows the workaround and it will save time to other businesses calling support to configure and to find the workaround to address their needs.

Send fax using the fax contact list
When I add a contact list on my RC app there's an option to add a business number and fax number. When I tried to send a fax and select the contact on my list it shows the business number instead of the fax number.

Option to remove outgoing fax header stamp
I send forms using ring central fax and the stamp messes up the forms. It dont look professional.

Hello, we would like to use our Custom Fax Cover page for the entire company, (users with extensions) We must provide a disclaimer on our fax cover page as we send faxes with sensitive data. Currently our only option is to assist each of our end users to use the RC App or RC Phone App walking them through adding the custom cover page, and using the application to send faxes. FAXES--Very Important for Attorneys Legal Issue
As attorneys, we must prove to the court a fax was submitted to the opposing party or attorney especially when the opposing attorney says they never received it. This is very critical when it comes to denial and statute of limitations as the timeline goes. Fill in Fax without making a contact
We fax to many companies and lenders that are NOT contacts. We would like the ability to fill in the fax cover sheet manually, not make a contact first. That is very time consuming and not a good use of time.

You should be able to delete multiple faxes simultaneously on the desktop version. Apparently, you can do it from the mobile app only.

Custom Cover Page Needs Variable for Total Pages
Attached is current custom variables available. In RED would like additional variable for total page count. I see total page count being used on none custom cover page. Please implement for custom as well?
