Using 1 email to send fax
Customer wants that their fax number assigned to a call queue with multiple people in it received a fax, the email used for notification should be the same email that will reflect when they respond to the fax.

Request to Update Sender Name in Internal Fax Email Notifications
Currently, when a user extension (other than the Main Super Admin) sends a fax internally using company numbers as the Fax Caller ID, the name displayed on the received fax notification is that of the Main Super Admin. This can cause confusion, especially when the fax attachment is not included in the email, as the recipient may assume the fax was sent by the Main Super Admin. It would be greatly helpful if the notification could display the actual name of the user extension that sent the fax.

Fax Transmission Result: View Message on RingCentral App
On the fax transmission result email, "View this message on your RingCentral App", when you click the hyper link, it's not taking me to the message but just a download page for the RingCentral app even if I have it downloaded or the web version is open on the browser.
It would be best if it would actually route me to the fax I sent.

Combine Inbound fax communications to all RC user fax inboxes
The inability to receive the same inbound faxes across all inboxes within the RingCentral application is creating inefficiencies and delays, particularly because fax communications are typically external and often time-sensitive. Preview Received Faxes in App
It would be very helpful and time saving to have the ability to preview a fax in the app window when clicking on it, instead of having to do an extra click to open the fax. It would make reviewing faxes and finding important information much faster and efficient.

Toll-free Number as Caller ID for Outbound Faxes
When sending out faxes, the caller ID shows as (631) 676-1623. It should show the Toll-free number as the caller ID as this confuses the recipient of the fax.
