Using 1 email to send fax

Request to Update Sender Name in Internal Fax Email Notifications
Currently, when a user extension (other than the Main Super Admin) sends a fax internally using company numbers as the Fax Caller ID, the name displayed on the received fax notification is that of the Main Super Admin. This can cause confusion, especially when the fax attachment is not included in the email, as the recipient may assume the fax was sent by the Main Super Admin. It would be greatly helpful if the notification could display the actual name of the user extension that sent the fax.

Combine Inbound fax communications to all RC user fax inboxes
The inability to receive the same inbound faxes across all inboxes within the RingCentral application is creating inefficiencies and delays, particularly because fax communications are typically external and often time-sensitive.
