Implement Markdown support within the corporate messenger to enable richer text formatting and improved readability of messages.
Current Problem:
Currently, the messenger lacks robust formatting options, limiting users to plain text or basic styling options (if any). This makes it difficult to emphasize important information, structure long messages, and share code snippets effectively. This can lead to miscommunication and reduced readability.

Automatically add messaging group or Teams
It will be great if ring central team messaging can have automatic group messaging assignment for newly added extensions depending on the department assigned or the email domain used so we can avoid manually adding new extensions to their respective groups

stick to same post time when pop out conversation
After searching back and finding relevant point in a DM or Team message thread, I would like to pop out the conversation and remain at that point. Currently the pop out is positioned at latest message always.

Verizon Wireless SMS text notification XXXXXXXXXX@vtext.com
Need to allow Verizon Wireless SMS text notifications from Ring Central admin portal. Any singular users and user groups. All other wireless carriers allow this now, and it currently works. Verizon is not currently working and we need this fixed ASAP.

Draft for me Feature
This relates to the “Draft for me” feature in the RingCentral app and the current lack of an option to remove, disable, or hide it. Some users have indicated that this feature does not align with their workflow and prefer not to use automated drafting tools. However, the feature remains visible and available within the app, with no apparent settings at the user, extension, or account level to control its behavior.
We would like to request to remove/hide or delete this feature in the RingCentral App.

I would like a list of all of the teams that we have in the ring central app. We are going through and eliminating old ones and duplicates

Disable direct messaging to Super Admins
Our goal is to separate the higher-ups and the standard users. We do not want the certain users to have the ability to message the higher-ups directly. Currently, direct messaging can only be disabled account-wide.

Showing the last read message in RingCentral Messenger
It would be much more convenient to immediately show the most recently read messages when opening a group in RingCentral Messenger.
Currently, when opening a group, the last message in the group is shown immediately, and the "99+ new messages ^" button at the top opens the message slowly and doesn't always work correctly. The last read message marker also resets to the most recent message in the group. This isn't very convenient.3 votes -

Time widget in chat
We always chat with collegues from different time zones and raising questions like:
- "Is it comfortable for you to have a meeting at 7:00PM EST/08:00AM GMT-6/15:00 (your city/country/etc)"I would like to have a button in the message window (right to the text format/file attache/emojis/gif/audio-video message).
On click:
- Open a window to type or select date-time from timepicker
- Click "OK"
- Add something like: {datetime:2025-05-02T12:30:13UTC} in the message

Block guests from messaging specific contact mailboxes
Allow individual mailboxes or accounts to not receive guest messages. Primary use case are bots built within the system designed for internal use can be accesses by external guests. We want to be able to set a glip bot to only allow messages from internal verified accounts.

Message all option for admin
I would like the option to send a message out to all users to inform them of something like "Microsoft 365 is having issues and all email is down." Except I don't want each individual to be able to send a message back to the entire contact list. So the response from individuals to my all users message would only go to me.
