Disable Caller ID Name on User Level
Please make it so that we can disable or set the Caller ID Name blank for each user extension.
The only setting that we have right now is to make it blank account-wide and we just want it for certain users without creating multi-sites.2 votes -
Voicemail Waiting Indicator TURNS OFF after phone reboot OR "No Service"
After receiving a voicemail, if there is a service interruption ("No Service") or the phone reboots for any reason, the blinking voicemail indicator light will not resume blinking once the desk phone reconnects.

DND on RC Mobile App Only
A customer is looking for a way to "disable"/turn on DND for the mobile app only. Users prefer to turn it on when they are at their desk so it does not ring all over and when they leave from their desk, they can turn the mobile app back on.

Support for accented characters in dialer
If someone's name is saved with an accent, it will not appear when searched for in the dial-pad using a non-accented character.
For example, if someone's last name is saved as España and you search for Espana that user will not appear in the search.
-This issue is reproducible by support as well. COOPS-9133 is open for this - a formal feature request was requested, hence this also being opened.

Request for Customization: Default "Thank You for Calling. Goodbye" Message in IVR Menu
We would like the ability to customize or remove the default "Thank you for calling. Goodbye" message that plays when a caller takes no action after the prompt is repeated three times in the IVR menu.
For businesses that prefer fully personalized greetings, there should be an option to edit or remove this message—just like other customizable greetings and messages within the RingCentral Phone System. This would help maintain consistency with a company’s branding and communication style.

Deal with basic number formatting
We are a multi national, and so are our customers. so our customers email signatures are formated with their international numbers.
we would like to beable to copy the number from their signature and paste it in to ring central, and for ring central to call them

We need to increase the conference call hours limit on our phone lines. Currently we only have 240 call length limit and this is not enough for our business.

Add ability for users to warm transfer
Desired Behavior: Customer John calls User Suzie -> User Suzie "Conference Calls" with User Bill & Customer John at the same time -> User Suzie hangs up while User Bill and Customer John continue to speak.
There are no available options for this right now.
We are aware of Conference Calls; but that doesn't allow User Suzie to hang up and leave the others chatting.
We are aware of the warm transfer, but that puts the customer on hold while User Suzie and User Bill speak.

Delegated line Incoming Caller ID
Delegates will be able to distinguish between direct calls to their extension and calls to the delegated line, similar to how call queues function. This feature enhances call identification, allowing for more efficient call handling and prioritization.

Greet caller with a message
Please please please remove or change the "Greet caller with a message feature". It needs to be redesigned, at the very least in the dial in voicemail system.
It is very often confused for setting the voicemail greeting. It is our top ACO issue...clients set this thinking they are setting there Voicemail Greeting and then 'cannot get inbound calls'.Thanks!
