Presence indication of users on Dial Pad on Desktop Application
When making and transferring internal calls from the dial pad on the Desktop Application you can't see the users presence status (In a Meeting, On a Call, DND etc.). Being able to see the Users current presence state would improve the user experience.

Ring Central Desktop app install options
Currently the exe format of the install seems to have limited command line options and the MSI install is a much larger file. when using tools to remotely push applications to install this becomes a problem. looking for a way (but not limited to) push RC desktop app and have it install for all users not just single user install. also there is a popup window at the end of the install that wants to add the firewall rule need to suppress that prompt and just do it now MSI install has the command line option for allusers=1 but lack…

Option to display 24 hour time in chat messages

Add setting to allow RC desktop app to run in the background at startup
To receive messaging, the app needs to run, but it does not need to run in the foreground upon computer login. Please add a setting option to be able to start the program in the tray area. MS Teams has this option and it is very useful.

Add "Away" Status
There's the 3 default status - Available, DND, Invisible, but would be nice to have maybe a yellow "away" status. So you know that person is working but maybe just went on lunch or break and will be back soon, as opposed to being off for the day/on PTO.

generating automatic sms response as away message
this is currently not a feature for ring central for any of the ring central product lines. I work in an outpatient community clinic . it would be very helpful so that clients are aware when they text if provider is away from office or off work. this way they don't have to wait for response and be able to contact someone else for faster service. please update me if this is possible in the future. thanks!

detect call status if meeting ends early
We integrate RingCentral into our email and calendar, but sometimes meetings end early, and even when the call is over, everyone's status is still red until the end of the meeting. Would it be possible to have the meeting owner or someone be able to end the meeting early so everyone's RingCentral status goes back to green?

Calendar presence should not allow incoming calls in the app if in meeting status.This feature will help especially if in a meeting and not to receive calls. Status was automatically changed to in meeting thus it helps if this feature will be implemented.

Update Fax rendering Tool for PDF Files
Hi Team,Please find time to check and update the Fax render tool to support more fonts from PDF Files. currently, if an original PDF file uses Arial font (see attached Original PDF.pdf), all entries with Arial font will not show once the fax has been sent (see attached Sent Fax.pdf). Fax will only be shown properly if the original PDF file's fonts are changed (see page 3 of fax with fonts changed). We would to send faxes as how it was received via PDF, we don't have to change all fonts prior sending the files as faxes.

Call on behalf of other site locations
Hi, We may, on occasions, be making Sales calls on behalf of another site location and wish to present that locations site number instead of the user/site who is calling. For example, Heathfield wish to make sales calls on behalf of our Airdrie site and wish to present our local Airdrie number. This can be important for customer engagement with new and existing customers. Could our site location numbers be made available in the call from drop down box on all platforms, mobile app, desktop, Deskphone?Thanks

Prioritize RingCentral App calls on Desktop
Having the ability to make incoming calls a priority setting to other audio sources via desktop would be a helpful addition. For example, currently if I play music on Spotify and receive a call, the music does not stop when I answer. Since I use this app for work it would streamline my ability to quickly and efficiently answer incoming client calls.

keyboard shortcut for message options
I'd love to be able to click into the message field and be able to attach a file, add a gif, add code, etc all without using my mouse. Slack does a wonderful job by using /{command}. For instance, we could use /gif to add a search term for a gif. Keyboard shortcuts are highly beneficial to users who have disabilities. However, I would say this feature would get us in line with our messaging competitor, Slack.

Automatic SMS Reply
It would be nice to have an option for certain lines or all lines to have a feature where it will send a message saying the message/sms has been recived. Or allow for a custom reposnse to be sent out to the user.As a company where we get texts to our main line this would help as we do not reply to the via text, we then use email. By having this it would allow for the person sending the message to lknow that it has eben received.
