Videos in Chat
It‘s useful to share video files from the camera roll. In many cases a video transports more information compared to a photo. Additionally the recording of a video directly for the chat should be available. All big messengers offer such features.

Allow RingCentral to view shared contacts on a GMail account
If your employer has a list of contacts they use for a job and you want to have access to those same contacts Gmail allows you to "share" them between accounts so that any instant updates to the contact list will be shared between all that have access to it. This allows for a clean list of contacts for the employee and employer but RingCentral does not recognize this. This causes RingCentral to not stay updated with contacts while the rest of us are. It would be nice to allow all programs to see the same list of contacts

Disable RC app status of DND for non admin.
To make sure only admin or management can change status to take calls, and should not be available to users/non admin to use DND.

Out of Office Auto Response
When on PTO no one reads your status so you still get messages and calls causing urgent messages to be missed as person awaits response. A canned out of office response would be more efficient

You can create a meeting in Google Calendar with the RC app but being able to use the RC app as the primary tool for collaboration would be great and viewing Google Calendar would be essential for this.

Voice over built app not working on iphone after Ring Central upgrade was completed
There was an upgrade made by Ring Central and now the Ring Central mobile app has an issue because the operating system on her iphone (which is newer) isn't interfacing with the Ring Central app anymore. What this means is the voice-over feature isn't highlighting where the cursor is on the app anymore so my co worker can't use her mobile phone to receive or send calls through Ring Central anymore. This feature was working before the update was made and now the app is not accessible.

User Can Monitor Calls Even Without a License
Can we have the option to set up a user without a license or digital line to be able to monitor calls? The user does not need to make and receive calls. The sole purpose is to just monitor calls of other users.

Add Conversation Stream to new ring central app
Please add the Conversation Stream feature from the "classic" ring central app into the new ring central app so that all of your team and direct messages are sorted in 1 list (instead of being separated into a list of direct messages and a list of teams)

Add settings for different notification and sound behavior based on presence.
For example, if I'm in a meeting, I would still like to be notified of an incoming call, I just don't want to hear the audio ring. Some people if they're in a meeting or another call want to automatically send the call to voicemail. Having customization options like these helps users manage their workflow the way they want. This is especially helpful for users like managers who are in a lot of meetings and get a lot of calls. Ideally these settings would be either in the RC app or in the online account.

Sharing a voicemail
There is no easy way to get a voicemail to a coworker without downloading and sending. Because our email is cloud based we have no access to audio from our email.

Please consider a feature that allows send a hyperlinked pic or logo via SMS
We provide links for our clients to send out to their own clients. It will be very useful to send a quick short and professional button that will take them to their website same as they do through email.
