Group Message to Team You Aren't a Part Of
It would be helpful to be able to send a group message directly to a team or department rather than having to input each individual person's name. For example, if I'm not a part of a specific team but want to send them a message, I would simply create a new message and enter the department/team name and then it would send a message to everyone within that group. This would be helpful for those trying to contact a department that they aren't a part of and don't know each individual in the group.

Account Super Admins should be Super Admins everywhere -- including in the new-ish RC App
We noticed there was a contact listed that is no longer with us -- and is not part of the Web Admin Portal user list at all. Chat support said they'd need to manually request a deletion since there is no way for me as an acct Super Admin to do this in the App or the Web Portal.Chat support also said of a "team" a super-admin is not by default an admin -- and I had to have a random employee who setup a team give me team access so I could delete it since it wasn't necessary.

Change the color of the "green" available light/icon to a brighter shade
Change the color of the "green" available light/icon to a brighter shade. The lack of contrast makes it hard to see rather or not the user is available on most devised. A much brighter shade or different color all together would make it easier to see

Desktop Version (mac) - Shrink columns under Tasks to show more of "Name"
There is no way to shrink the window and show more of the name under tasks. When shrunk, most data lost, when enlarged, lots of blank space. I'd like more control over the window size/shape on my desktop.

Sort participant list by various options
Participant sort list seems random, should be able to sort by alpha, surname, who's unmuted/talking, etc. Seems to be a huge missing feature. Additionally, the fact that the participant list seems to randomly change order is problematic when trying to use the list.

Include Team Description in right-hand sidebar of Mac Messaging Client
I updated my RingCentral app on my Mac a while back (now version 21.2.10.452 Web, 21.2.10.949 Mac) and since then, an important feature no longer works: the Team/Room Description that used to show up in the right hand pane (and contained helpful info and links for the room) is no longer there. Seems you can get to it by way of the three dots in the upper left but that is far less useful than having it right there upon arriving at the room.It would be incredibly helpful to have that back for immediate orientation for folks joining a room.

Ability to turn off "What's New" Promotions
My company has been using RingCentral for many years. Every time I use the app, I get interrupted in the process of performing a task by a "click here to..." notification. Not only am I fully aware of the features of RC, it is becoming burdensome to try to even make a phone call. In-app-window notifications such as this should be able to be turned off in settings.

It is more efficient to block and delete a phone number with one click, instead of one click to block, then one click to delete.

Forward calls from Shared Line to RC app, as is already working for desktop phones
We have an edge case where a Shared Line Group is ideal and a few users that would like to be able to accept calls that are forwarded to a Shared Line Group on their soft phones. This currently only works for desktop phones.

Further develop the RC Workspace to be as good as RC phone space.
We use many platforms/apps for many different functions. These platforms have changed throughout the years but there will always be a need for the following. Communications platform, Tasks and project platform, Client database... among others. If Ring Central could further develop their Workspace area it would allow us to consolidate two or three platforms into RC. SPECIFICS ::From an outsider perspective it feels that "Tasks" were an after thought to the system... which is completely understandable. simultaneously sharing two monitors/screens on a web sharing session
With a normal video meeting session, we can ONLY share one screen at a time and need to switch between screens. we hope to have a feature in RingCentral applications that we can share 2 monitors or screens at the same time, with this said, the other participants also have 2 monitors/screen to view them simultaneously.

Current Status under Username
Status dots next to the Users names are too small and Users that are color blind are having a hard time, is there a way to make Users status appear under their name. See attachment. Thanks

Make Status Visible in the Dialer and Contacts Lists

Missed call in Super Admin Ext 301
we have an IVR which feeds off to a user (Dial-By Ext Ext. 406) this user is set NOT to ring and has a long custom voicemail asking clients to use DTMF tones to locate an advisor or return to the main menu.it appears a lot of the missed calls which I am not part of any group to received incoming calls.

Disable RC app status of DND for non admin.
To make sure only admin or management can change status to take calls, and should not be available to users/non admin to use DND.

While your phone is connected to the car you can receive and answer phone calls. However, there is no function for making calls. Can this be added?

Disable Recording Function for Specific Users
There are certain members in our company that should never have their calls recorded. Since a lot of people work from home, they should be able to have privileged conservations without the line being recorded.

Create a way for us to call pts back directly from email instead of having to go back and forth between missed call log and ring app.
please allow access to dial the number directly from the missed call email. It is not efficient the way it is currently set up. You have to write down all the missed call numbers, and then go back to Ring app dial pad to call each one.
