  1. The Ring Central Classic App had drag and drop functionality for outgoing faxes. This has been lost with the transition to the new app and should be built into it.

  2. the "office@hand Phone" app allowed the user to send a fax by either choosing a file to attach or scanning the document dirctly into the body of the message. The new "At&T office@hand" does not give the option to scan directy for the fax. this basicly makes it an email. The option to scan directly to the fax is needed to simplify the process.

  3. Unlike categories such as Fax or Text, here there's only one option, so I shouldn't have to click on Voicemail only to expose the only option of "All Voicemail." Waste of steps = waste of time. One button would do the trick.

  4. I'm trying to find out if there's a way for me to save additional pre-set status for my team and I, that are more applicable to our work flow? within the ring central app, each team member/user has the ability to change their status (such as working remotely, on vacation, out of office, etc)
    I would like to be able to add (and SAVE) our own custom status that couled be more applicable to our work and work flow

  5. Answer phone calls with a keyboard shortcut (hotkey) when using the Ring Central App for desktops. Scrambling with the mouse to click on the answer button when receiving a phone call seems. The RC phone app has this feature, why wasn't it added to the ring central app?

  6. We are a Pharmacy and send many texts that are time critical to our patients.If we get a # that is not sms enabled (older folks/landlines) it can impact their health. Currently we cannot determine if the patient received the communication.

  7. In the old RC app, we were able to remove company contacts ourselves. Now we have to ask Support to do it, which may take 5-7 days, and in the meantime the contact being removed can still see our interactions!

  8. ...stations. I was hoping to add a feature that when calls are directed into the que it will also ring to that external number as well. Is this possible?. we want that all members on the group will ring simoultaneous at the same time an external number

  9. I have realtors and customers. I would like to put realtors in a group (that is not on the same feed) so when I need to send text messages. Realtors are in their own group and customers in another.

  11. We as super admin should be able to have SMS logs. Users shouldn't have an option to delete text messages and faxes but to view it. Add it on the custom roles please

  12. A group seems fine except every time someone new is hired this group would need to be maintained. It would be nice for company-wide alerts and announcements to have this simply be every user setup in the company account.

  13. This should be obvious. For some reason, RC won't show the name of the phone line when I'm sending a New text on the RC desktop app. It only shows a dropdown of numbers and I have to look up which business the line is for. SUPER INCONVENIENT. Please RC let's fix this as this is a necessity and not a luxury!

  14. ...obile app. This is how it is in the old app RC Phone, previous functionality must be restored. Virtual extensions and phones in common areas have no need to be activated from a user point of view.

  15. On the RC Phone app, you can type in a user's name or extension number on the dialpad and you can then immediately see their status (Busy, Available, On Call etc). Their status would also appear when you can to transfer calls.For some reason this isn't available on the RingCentral app. Can it be added please?

As a super admin, I have access to the call reporting data for everyone in the company (in the Quality of Service module) and would like to ability to filter out by User Groups instead of seeing call data for the entire company. Filtering by individual extensions or names is also a bit restricted as I cannot enter more than one at a time.

  17. We have annual assessments for our field Employee signature required. Would be nice to use Ring Central text message with attached fillable PDF file for employee to sign.

  18. We have an employee that is visually impaired that works standing up and can not access a desk phone. He had been using an older smartphone, that just forwards the number over wifi, but since you retired that version of the app, we can not find a smartphone that will work for him. Having an option for the application to be used on a flip device would certainly be more inclusive than having no options at this time. Thank you for looking into this.

  19. Remove the inbox icon from left navigation and add: Tasks, Events, Files, & Notes icons along left navigation. The current inbox creates double the work to get to the Tasks List.
