We noticed the Voice to Text feature will always send voicemail transcripts regardless of the setting of "Include attachment with email" in voicemail notifications.We suggest not including any of the voicemail content if a user selects notification only. A user may want to know of arrival of a voicemail, but not expose the voicemail content in insecure email environments. Some environments may have callers who might may occasionally leave confidential information in voicemails.   3. We need more filters! Currently I can only filter by contact. I should be able to filter by inbound calls, outbound calls, by date, length of call, company contacts, and guest contacts

  4. The new RC is just a vast, white landscape of text. Not having any color blocks to help the eye find things is a bad move. Also, moving the bottom manu to the left side was a mistake - now the app needs more real estate on the screen, which is not desirable - it's hard to have the app up and also have adequate workspace on the screen.

  7. Add a button while you are calling someone to the options like "Hold, Mute, etc" in order to be able to multitask faster. Before it was easy to send but the new update it's hard to be able to send them at the same time due to having to copy the number over again to send a text.

  8. Tasks are a great tool for organization and communication within the unified RingCentral App. The RingCentral Classic app has the ability to add a subject line to new tasks while the new RingCentral App does not have this ability.

  12. The old Office @ Hand app had the "hub" button where you could see who was on a call and who they were on a call with. You call also see what #s were on park. This was very useful for many reason to all of my team members. Please consider adding something similar to the new Office @ Hand App

  14. It would be nice if we could set up specific groups within chats so it could tag only a few people. So if we wanted to set up a tag for management and only notify 5 out of 50 people, we could.

  15. Right now in RingCentral Application integrations are bound to the user who created them. This causes risk for our development teams as if someone departs the company who added a key integration, that feature breaks and will need to be recreated.

  17. We have a large number of users who will need to answer calls that are made to lines they monitor when they aren't able to access a computer. We've had to set these calls to forward to the users' personal numbers which they don't like.This can be resolved by calls ringing on the mobile app.

With the introduction of the new all in one RingCentral app, admins can no longer delete Glip-only users on our account that are not tied to a RC phone extension.This is a huge security problem. When a user leaves the company, there's no way to prevent them from continuing to use RingCentral via their Glip-Only login. Even if I delete their email from our organization, it's still a functional login for RingCentral. Short of granting myself permissions to the terminated user's email and then sending a self-reset, I have no way to manage/disable these users.This option still exists in the…

  19. For our very large remote based sales and technician employees, having RingCentral work with Google Assistant would provide us with much more adoption in RingCentral across our organization. At this time, Google Assistant will not place calls via RingCentral.

  20. when using the app on the cell phone it tends to not update when we make changes on our admin portal. I’ve tried to log out and see no change when new employees have no usage. Also when the pictures of profiles are placed on employees then get disabled there should be a way of automatically disabling it.
