Add Poly Voyager Focus 2 to the support headset list
I would like to see the supported headset list here https://support.ringcentral.com/article/Recommended-Headsets-and-Speakers.html?language=en_US updated to include the Poly Voyager Focus 2 (https://www.poly.com/us/en/products/headsets/voyager/voyager-focus-2) headset which is an updated version of the currently supported Poly Voyager Focus UC.

Group Video calling without sharing a link
It would greatly improve productivity to have a group video call feature like Slack does. We found that extremely helpful but would like to stay on one platform opposed to two.

Add Tags or Fav to contacts in App
This feature is offered by other carriers. MY client wanted to better identify and sort his contacts that he communicates with via SMS, in the app. This could be similar the way you can sort and create groups in the messages part of the app, for use purposes, but does not require the receiver to get a RC app account (GLIP?). It would take very little coding to implement, and has a wide variety of use cases that would be enjoyed by many users.

Add support for filtering calendar to only meetings I'm hosting.
The new RingCentral Video does not support filtering Meetings to only those I'm hosting. The RingCentral Meetings does support this. This makes finding my meetings simple and should be available with RingCentral Video.

"Jump to Latest" button should appear sooner, i.e. when there's >0 messages hidden below the fold
Currently, the Jump To Latest pop-up button appears if you scroll back numerous messages - when the scroll bar is about halfway up the page, from what I can tell.Instead it should appear as soon as there is just ONE message hidden below the fold. That way if new messages come in and the scroll bar is only slightly scrolled up, the user can easily tell that there are new messages.I've been missing new messages in teams I'm looking at in New RC because of this. Don't move page with keyboard when editing a comment
If you go back to edit a prior comment and press Home key to go to the beginning of the comment, the whole page moves, sometimes preventing you from seeing what you're editing. The page shouldn't move with Home, End, PgUp, PgDn, arrow keys, etc., if your focus is within a comment in Edit mode. Please

Custom default email message when setting a meeting
I have several guys, each with video conferencing a dozen or more times per day. They need to change every message every time. That adds up in man-hours and frustation.

Turn Off decline email notification, when a non user of the same domain created a free glip account
External users, having the same domain with the company are creating free glip account. They are getting an email notification that their sign up was declined due to the admin settings. We would like to decline them but turn off that email notification.

Ability to see upcoming meetings beyond 3 days
After this recent upgrade over the past week (October 13, 2021), the Desktop version lost the ability to see your upcoming meetings beyond 3 days. I often schedule meetings well in advance and like to see them on the internal RingCentral application list versus being forced to go out of the app to the RingCentral Webpage to see future meeting schedules. I do not know why they discontinued having the upcoming meetings on the list.

Show Limited Extensions in Contacts
We have users on wifi phones (Spectralink 8440) connected to RingCentral. This is accomplished through manual provisioning. These are limited extension users, and they do not appear in any Contact list whatsoever in the RingCentral app. The only place you can search for them is by opening the dial pad, and searching from there. They aren't in Contact lists at all, and they can be searched using the central search box at the top of the app.

I suggest to have a delete option be added on the RingCentral app contacts especially for deleting company contacts.

Handsfree Voice Assisted Dialing
We're an organization of recruiters and sales staff that are now 90% working from home. During the pandemic we all started using our cell phones - because we hadn't migrated to Ring Central (which we did Summer 2021). Staff are used to saying "Siri - please call...". We're trying to get our staff to only use the Ring Central Mobile app - but they miss handsfree virtual assistant dialing. I'm sure this presents complications with Siri and Google but here it is - that is the request. Cheers and thank you!

RingCentral Chat - Nudge/Ping a Team Member - just like the old Windows Messenger Days!
One of the main issues we have with the Chat is that team members sometimes miss messages - either they miss the notification top right or the window hasn't been opened and it's knocked them offline.In the old days of MSN Messenger, they had a great feature where you could send a nudge and it would shake the screen or pop up to the front window. This would be really useful - at the moment we often end up having to Whatsapp team members to say "check your Glip" because they've not seen the message or it's not notified them…

Play announcement "press 1" on call Queue
we have backup number who can answer phone calls if all members are busy in the queue, and that backup number uses the platform where call stays on hold and no ability to press 1, it connect directly without pressing 1. its problem at this moment. Please add option never play announcement on call queue.

ADD Text to speech option inside Auto Receptionist
I hope we can add the TTS option / typing box inside the Admin portal 's Auto receptionist > company greeting > custom - as an option too aside from recording and uploading an mp3/wav Text to speech recording. Customers should have a built in box there to type Text to speech instead of doing the lengthy workaround of TTS via IVR menus - specially when they don't want to do key presses or select extensions - but just do a Company greeting via text to speech.

Option to change Profile Picture to Default
I think there should be a way to remove your custom profile picture to the default image. The only way to do that now is to delete and re-create your extension. This is for RingCentral Meetings & RingCentral App.

Call forwarding options when using the Apps (Via Presence or Call Handling and Forwarding)
Since everyone is working remote due to the pandemic, it's difficult to have calls ring on the apps and pick up a monitored line that receives calls.It would be great if, just like the phones, it would also ring the apps (both PC and Mobile) when the monitored extension is receiving a call. Or if it is difficult to do so, at least be able to select the apps on both PC as well as Mobile as call forwarding options on the Call Handling and Forwarding section of a separate extension. Hide Main Company Number on Multi-Site Accounts
We have a RingCentral account that has many daughter companies under one account. Each daughter company has its own main number, but the softphone will show the parent organization's account number as the "Main Company Number". I can only assume that other accounts are in the same predicament, uncommon though it may be. We would like the ability to choose what sites can see the different company numbers, choose to only show a user the phone numbers assigned to their site, or at the least hide the Main Company Number from the users.

Preserve groups and direct messages with off-boarded employees
Currently, if you disable/delete a user from the RC admin console, all conversations with this user disappear. This includes direct 1-on-1 communications, as well as ad hoc groups (not just their messages, but the whole group disappears). Often times, these groups contain pinned/bookmarked messages and attachments that are important.It would make more sense if the past employee's content was left intact, but their name/avatar/profile simply denotes their off-boarded status. A group shouldn't disappear until the last person in the group no longer has an account.
