Improve the list of past meetings presented when Join Meeting is selected
When I click Join for a video meeting, there is a dropdown list of past invites. It shows only five rows, of which one has the description "RingCentral Video meeting" which is so vague that it is useless, another is a link to join my own personal meeting, and the fifth was a meeting I was invited to once to interview a job candidate - but these rows never leave my list. Easy Way to Add All Users to a Team or Teams Based On Attributes
Any new hire has to be added manually to team channels. It would be great to be able to make "default" team channels" for all staff upon account creation so that when they join, those channels are there already. Or for example, since we have multiple offices, adding default team channels based on an attribute like state or office location would be awesome

This feature would be useful when you have many windows open. This would keep the application in the most prominent position.

Integrate Admin Portal with Support Portal so Admins can create a support case/ticket from 1 portal
Currently, having to log into a separate portal to submit or create/view a ticket is an extra step that adds time to go from 1 portal to the other to troubleshoot issues or follow up on tickets with RC.

Need the ability to paste text without style.
In most apps (on Mac), you can paste without style (or matching style) by using shift-command-v, but this doesn't work in the RC desktop app. This is even more important due to the fact that there's no remove formatting option on the text styling toolbar.So I'm constantly having to paste my text in another app, and then copying the plain text to paste back into the RC app.

Two-factor authentication in Glip application
As any 2FA mechanism it can harden the information shared within our Glip accounts and teams and it can prevent someone who guesses or brute forces our username/password to access this information. It can also a great marketing feature as a part of your product's expansion to Europe, while been one step closer to compliance with regulations like the GDPR. An other reason of applying this feature is that other major communication software/SaaS/PaaS already include it in their infrastructure's free plans (i.e. Slack).

Enable Call Queue Pickup Members feature without requiring the "Enable me to pick up a monitored line on hold" option
There is a feature in a Call Queue that allows you to specify Pickup Members for the Queue but it only works if you have the “Enable me to pick up a monitored line on hold” option checked under the User’s Presence settings. But turning that setting on causes the User’s phone to ring when anyone in their Presence list receives a call. So say I have 50 coworkers in my Presence list so that I can call them or forward them calls without having to look up their extension number. And I’m a Pickup Member for this Call Queue.…

Not available Keystroke command
In my unit, we are constantly at our desks and then away taking orders, then talking with builders. Adding a keyboard command to put the app in the Not Available mode would be very beneficial

Add ability to transfer from a softphone to a deskphone
There is a green bar in the softphone app that lets you transfer from a deskphone however the reverse function does not exist.

I do not want to upgrade my computer to gain access to RC Desktop Application. I am using using 32 bit OS and RingCental App requires 64 bit.

Ability to assign caller id names to call queue numbers
With a company consisting of different divisions, we need customers of those different divisions to recognize that specific division is calling them. Right now only the main company phone number can have a caller ID name, and the multi-site setup removes the ability for one person to access the separate division phone numbers to call out on.A solution would be to allow for individual caller ID names for the call queue numbers as well as the company main.

Able to see what RC Application that user are using (Mobile or PC app).
If RC is going to retire or sunset a application the customer need to be able to tell if any of the user are using the retire application.

Blocking calls after hours for cell but not physical phone/desktop app
The afterhours option is great. I want to use the phone app, but don't want work calls afterhours. The problem is this is a global setting. So if I am working late at the office, I can't get calls unless I remember to turn off the afterhours. It would be great to have the after hours seperated between mobile app (so I don't get calls outside the office) and physical phone/desktop (so I can get calls if I am working late)

Simplify RC Desktop and RC Mobile login process
A number of our users have complained about the 4 screens they have to go through just to login on both the RC Desktop and RC mobile apps. First picking Sign In, then a screen with how to sign in, then your e-mail/phone number, then finally your password on the 4th screen. If there's some way to combine some of these things to get it down to 2 or even 1 screen that would be great.

BOLD and add color options to team names, folder names, direct messages, favorites, etc...
I'm a member of 12 million teams (kidding but not), have 12 employees and 100+ coworkers who are all RingCentral addicts. It is enormously difficult to keep track of all of this and still get some REAL work done. Bold and color options would help me (and my coworkers) keep track of everything we have going. If you use this idea, can I please have a tshirt? XL! Thank you for your consideration!

Conversation-Specific Notifications on Mobile App
Right now (at least on iOS), all chat notifications from RingCentral are grouped under a single notification group, regardless of which contacts are involved.For iOS's native text message app, each conversation is a separate group of notifications. This is much better, since someone glancing at their notifications doesn't need to sift through all the messages to find the one conversation they cared about.
