  1. Hi. Our customer is suggesting that we should have an option to disable/enable the call waiting in our RingCentral application. This is specific for direct calls. So if a user is already engaged on the call, we can disable the call waiting to prevent another call to be connected to the user who is already engaged, and the call should be connected to the call queue or third party number. We can imagine that call waiting may be kinda annoying to some users as their app will be ringing while already on a call.

  2. At this point, the implementation of selecting multiple voicemails is very poor (pencil icon to enable checkboxes for selection). Why not use industry standards and allow 'Ctrl' or 'Shift' to select multiple voicemails?

  6. Would it be possible to bring an external email client into the RC desktop application to check and send emails from the client without having to go to a different email client. The Zoom application doe s offer this feature.

  7. Able to select default region in the RingCentral mobile app. Currently we can change the region but after sometime or closing the mobile app it will revert back to UK/US. I want the region we select be the default.

  15. Implement a mechanism or feature that allows seamless communication between upstream carriers (e.g., AT&T) and downstream carriers (e.g., Lumen) when there are issues with call routing.   17. Option to Hide Call Queue Answered Call Information in User Call Log

    Description: Currently, when a call from a call queue rings to a user’s RC app and the call is missed, the app displays information about who answered the call (e.g., another team member). This is a significant issue as it unnecessarily exposes sensitive internal information, specifically how many calls other staff members are answering. This is not relevant to the user, and it’s simply not appropriate for other staff to see this level of detail regarding others' call handling.

  18. Looking for a way to calculate a monthly average in RingSense, is this possible? For example, if there are 10 calls recorded, say March 1st to March 30th, add the total scores, divide by the 10 calls, and that would give you the monthly average score.
