When users click the conference icon on the iphone app, and then click the the Start Conference button at the bottom, the AI Notes button right above the hang up key is totally grayed out and cannot be turned on

Unprivate Voicemails
It would be beneficial to introduce a feature that allows authorized users to reverse the privacy status of a voicemail, even after a customer has marked it as private by pressing #. This would provide flexibility in situations where the voicemail contains important information that needs to be shared internally. With the appropriate permissions and audit controls in place, the voicemail could be made accessible to designated team members, ensuring critical messages can still be reviewed, actioned, and forwarded to colleagues when necessary.

RingCentral for Teams Desktop Plugin for Mac on Apple Silicon
Recently on MacBook Neo (Tahoe 26.4) I have received OS notifications stating that the RingCentral for Teams Desktop Plugin will not be supported on future versions of MacOS.

Feature Request: Admin Email Notifications for "Report Issue" Submissions
Currently, when a user utilizes the "Report an Issue" feature within the RingCentral Desktop or Mobile app, the diagnostic logs and descriptions are sent directly to RingCentral Support. Company Administrators have no visibility into these reports unless the user manually notifies the IT team. We are requesting an automated notification system that alerts designated Admins whenever a user on their account submits a report.

Transfer a Call Queue Call
Customer Concern:
The customer reports that they have lost the direct call transfer option when receiving a second incoming call from a call queue.
Current Behavior:
When a second inbound call comes from a call queue, the forward/transfer button is no longer immediately visible in the app.
The customer now needs to click the “More” button to access the transfer or forward options.
Previous Behavior:
The transfer/forward buttons were readily available without the need to navigate to “More.”

Set and maintain different theme preferences per device
Disable theme synchronization across devices
Prevent theme changes on one computer from affecting other logged-in devices

To be able to search the AI notes using keywords
We would like to request the addition of a keyword search function within the AI Notes feature. Currently, the search capability is limited to caller ID names and phone numbers, but it would be very helpful to also search by general keywords within the notes.
This enhancement would make it much easier to locate specific information quickly and improve overall efficiency when reviewing records.
