Experiencing an issue where speaker volume and ringtone preferences do not persist when logging in and out across multiple devices.Environment:
-Uses multiple devices: desktop, laptop, mobile phone, and iPad.
-Preferences appear to reset per login session instead of saving at the device level.Expectation:

Label Outbound Caller ID Numbers

Feature Request: Preserve Custom Taskbar Icon Across Updates
Hello RingCentral Team,
I’m writing to submit a feature request regarding the RingCentral desktop app on Windows.
Each time the application updates, it resets or changes the custom taskbar icon I’ve intentionally configured. This happens consistently after updates and requires me to manually reapply the icon every time.
Please consider preserving user-defined taskbar icons across updates. Maintaining existing user customizations would improve the overall update experience and reduce unnecessary friction for users who rely on visual consistency in their workflow.

Option to reset Avatar back to Initials
There should be an option to delete vs only edit the avatar profile picture. I like having a picture but some companies want to control the avatar (make sure it's professional if they show up on a video meeting) or to delete for a new user if they only need to repurpose a profile without deleting the user completely. As I partner I would like to have this option for end-user training. If I demonstrate how to add an avatar, I can't delete it. Business SMS Booster (Shared SMS Inbox) Functionality on RingCentral Mobile App
Our organization actively uses the Business SMS Booster feature, and it works well within the RingCentral Desktop App, where the Shared SMS Inbox is fully accessible.
However, the Shared SMS tab does not appear on the RingCentral Mobile App, preventing users from accessing or responding to shared SMS messages while away from their computer.Please enable full support for the Business SMS Booster / Shared SMS Inbox on the RingCentral Mobile

entering a phone number with alphabetic characters in the app should resolve to a telephone number
When entering a phone number under "Enter a name or number" in the Ring Central app, alphabetic characters are currently not resolved (800-MYAPPLE).
the system should resolve that entry as a number. in this case, it should call (800) 692-7753,

Prevent transcription of Credit Card numbers
Prevent transcription of Credit Card numbers within RingCentral App. We have a KIOSK at our campground facility and on occasion the will have to accept a credit card number over the phone. Ideally we would like the call transcribed but no Credit Card numbers.

Allow Users to change the vibration pattern
In the mobile app, specifically on android, I would like to be able to change how the phone vibrates when receiving an incoming call. Currently, the vibration pattern is too subtle. I would like it to vibrate the same way that incoming cell phone calls vibrate, but being able to change the patter in the app would accomplish this as well.

Directory Synchronization for RingCX and CCRN Numbers
Current Limitation:
The administrative interface for RingEX Service Web currently provides a "Publish/Unpublish" toggle; however, the system architecture treats all RingCX and CCRN-associated numbers as globally visible. Consequently, the user-defined publish state is not honored, and these numbers remain searchable within the RingCentral Application (RCApp).Proposed Functional Correction
Enable the synchronization of the existing "Publish/Unpublish" toggle on the RingEX Service Web with the RCApp directory service. The system must be updated to ensure that any RingCX or CCRN number set to an "Unpublished" state is filtered out of all search results within the application.

Delete task from the Main window only.
For example, I create a task, it's displayed in the main window and appears in the tasks on the right. If I want to delete it in the main window so it doesn't get in the way, I press 3 and there's a "delete task" option. But then the task is also deleted from the task list.
Is it possible to add an option in the three dots, besides "delete task" "delete task notification"?

Text messages Migration from old RC phone app to new RC app
It would be good to have the option to move the text messages from RingCentral Phone app (Old app) to the new RingCentral app. This will allow the customer to keep their text messages while transitioning to the new RingCentral Appliction
