The ability to automatically save received photos on the RingCentral App
The customer would want to have an option where they can automatically save received SMS/MMS that includes photos instead of having to download them one by one. Currently, their business requires sending and receiving pictures. It would be helpful for them to have a save button on the RingCentral App

Status sync with MAX agent and RC app
When someone changes the status in MAX agent they want their status in the RC app as well best example would be, if they are in a meeting and they switch their status in MAX agent RC app will change the status to DND so that they will not receive any calls in the RC app.

DASHBOARD METRICS
I would love to see a dashboard in the app for users that tracks their call stats. Call metrics are huge KPI. so for the day and customizable timeframe a screen that shows the number of calls (in / out) and a tally of total call time. Having to go to web portal, download a file, and add up call time via CSV file is just not it.

Extending the display of Upcoming Meetings
It would be much more helpful to see a list of scheduled upcoming video meetings on the video page under upcoming meetings that extends beyond the day or a couple of days. In Zoom, a user is able to see all scheduled meetings. Even though my calendar is linked and I can see the meetings in calendar bookings, there are not visible to me in the RingCentral app. This is a huge flaw in my opinion.

RC Messaging - “Notify me when available”.
Skygen (Jake) wanted to chat with someone who was off-line at the time. In Teams, he would right-click on the person’s name and select, “Notify me when available”. I spend a couple minutes looking for it, but didn’t find how to do a similar function in RC on the MVP side of the house

Add Call Queues to HUD
We have a small company and we use a call queue to field all calls coming in on our main number. If someone is on vacation and someone else is at lunch, we have only 1 person available on the phone. If they are on their line, there is no way to know if a call is coming in on the call queue. If we could list is on HUD, we could maybe see when another call is coming in.

I want to be able to select multiple voice mails and messages and delete them with out having to drill down to each one and delete them.
Delete multiple msgs and voicemails with one click after tagging them.

Ability to Update/Edit Scheduled Meeting within a Week or Month via RingCentral App
Currently, the max view that we can see in the RingCentral App for scheduled meetings is 3 days. We wanted to have the option to view the meetings that were scheduled ahead of time Weeks or Months. We are used to using GoToMeeting where if you schedule a meeting for the future…like a board meeting…and that meeting has a password, you can change the password at any time. With RingCentral, you have to wait until the meeting is less than three days away in order to change it. That isn’t useful at all for us.

Keep SMS history indefinitely
We service our customers on a simi annual basis and we lose the history of our SMS conversations with those customers every few months (it does not show up on the desktop app/mobile app). Currently, we have to start a "new" text conversation everytime we reach out to our customers because we do not know what was said during our previous converstion with them. It is VERY helpful to be able to see ALL of the communciation that we have had with that specific customer in the past! Please fix this.

Allow logging in with message-only extension using the desktop/web applications.
We are only allowed to login using the message-only extension credentials with the mobile app/admin portal. It will be very helpful if we can log in with the desktop/web app.

Add option to reduce background sounds (output) instead of mute them at all.
During a call, right now, you can either let 100% of the background sounds, or 0% (mute them). It would be great to add options for level this.

Archive Internal Messages
It would be a better way to keep records of Internal Messages, rather than using Message Data Export, which comes in a form of a report/log (not very User friendly).
