  3. All globally parked calls should be able to be seen and managed from a single area of RingCentral. Our previous system allowed us to do this and it would show all calls with the park location and caller ID, plus any custom notes added by the user.

  4. All Users would benefit from this when they need to copy their SMS threads into a document case for recording. The app currently only will copy the visible SMS thread and will not allow anything further. It looks like it does, except when going back and making sure all is selected, it missed the rest and only got visible thread.

  5. For back story, my company communicates with clients via SMS and our assistant handles most of the commination's but some times I also need to use our main lines number to send/receive SMS. The only option currently is for me to sign into my assistants ring central account. Could we add an option similar to how I can switch which Phone number I am calling from? This would switch which inbox I am viewing so I can toggle between my direct number and the main number.In the SMS Setting you could just select what numbers you want each extension to…

  7. Requesting to tune the AI model in RingSense, I have a role that is not designed to provide solutions - they are Intake Specialist. However, the AI Model continues to provide negative feedback on the specialist not providing solutions within the call. I want to provide the model with feedback.

  10. As more companies move to VDI for simplicity, standardization, and security, it would be nice if RingCentral worked across all of them. I've heard there is already SOME support for Citrix and/or AWS, but AVD is rapidly gaining adoption, particularly in the financial sphere. We have tested both the desktop app and the Teams integration, and it seems like they're really close to actually working in the virtual environment. Would be happy to help test and provide feedback if you'd like to develop further for VDI.

  14. Customer is having an issue distinguishing the incoming calls for both RingCentral application and external number. The incoming call display screen looks exactly the same. It would be best to have the option to change the Incoming call screen display so that our valued customer will be able to determine where the call is coming in.

  15. Expected Behavior:
    - Partner wanting to have a set up from the RingCentral Teams (Glip Group) have an option of allowing guest users to add members

    Current Behavior:
    - Only Admin of the RingCentral teams have option to add new members
    - Guest are only able to view the Teams settings but no option to make changes

    Steps to replicate
    1. Login to RingCentral app
    2. Select a Team(Glip Group)
    3. Select 3 vertical dots > View Profile
    4. Team Admin Settings

    Request is to have option to allow guest members to be able to add new members and select

  17. I generally find that there is a lot of padding around each message, wasting a lot of vertical space on the screen. This padding doesn't seem to decrease when I zoom out, only the font size decreases.
