  1. ...sage . wants a feature that if someone is going to delete voicemail messages he wants a voice prompt saying are you sure you want to delete it, not an actual message prompt or a PIN to enter before deleting the voicemail

  2. Customers have stated that the RC MVP App has initiated updates and restarted the application at very inconvenient times. Recently, there was case submitted where an update was auto initiated during a customer's meeting with their department. Application should not be able to auto initiate updates while app is in use. Customers are requesting this be included in a future update of the app.

  7. Please fix the functionality that prevents users with messaging enabled not being able to see the availability status of users who have messaging disabled. Currently if a user has messaging disabled via their role by disabling the check box for "Message tab shown in main navigation" anyone who does have messaging functionality CANNOT see their availability status, but the users who have messaging disabled are able to see the availability status of all users.

  12. it will be more convenient to have specific URL error code that the URL is being blocked through ISP, with that the customer can directly contact ISP instead. It will save more time and effort for their issue to get resolved

  13. The format used to display time (12/24 hr) should be inherited from the parent PC. At the very least there should be a switch in Settings to allow selection of 24 hour format.

  14. When added to an outside-of-company group team as a guest and when I search for a name to call from the dial pad, it also shows the guest contacts from the said team. It would be helpful to only show company contacts instead of guests for easy search.

There are scenarios of outbound calls in which, during the process of connecting to an external called party, the connection to receive either ringing or audio from the far-end system for whatever reason is not made so it defaults to playing the configured hold music/custom prompt of the RingCentral extension that is placing the call instead. This creates confusion with users that experience this behavior. It would be helpful to send text messages at a specific time so it's more acceptable and professional, especially when it's late and we can only check it at a later time, we can at least draft a response and send it on a more acceptable time of the day.It would be helpful to schedule text messages so we can send them at a later time when it's more acceptable by professional means.
