  1. Within the desktop and mobile messaging application, having a "back" button would allow users to easily navigate between typing in a conversation and returning to a separate conversation, after researching/referencing/etc.

    Since the mobile app keeps newest messages at the top it is easy to navigate if a message has been made, but what if you've been searching for information from a previous conversation in order to speak with a new contact? you may wish to reference or return to the conversation. Rather than searching again, having a navigational "previous message" (and/or "next message") would facilitate the process and speed up…

  3. Message history retrieval following extension deletion or option to download message logs prior to deleting an extension would be a highly beneficial feature. This would allow users to access and review their previous conversations, messages, and interactions even after an extension has been removed or uninstalled.   6. Allow administrators to lock users' emergency response locations. To prevent user’s from accidentally selecting the wrong address. We won’t know that a user has selected an incorrect Emergency Response Location until we receive an alert that a user has called 911 and an incorrect location has been provided to Emergency Services.

  17. It would be great for external messaging could be controlled at a user level. For instance we might want sales to have the ability to utilize this feature, but not engineers. Currently I don't see a way to restrict this at that level. It is ether on or off.

    Also, the ability to see what users are sending and receiving externally.
