  1. I wanted to suggest a feature enhancement for the RingCentral app. When listening to phone call recordings, the audio stops when the screen goes blank. It would be really helpful if the app could either keep the screen awake or continue playing audio even when the screen turns off.

  2. Viewing company call log on RC App without opening the admin portal will be a great feature. I will not need to log in on the admin portal anymore. This is a convenient feature where admin's on my account will be able to view it by just opening the application.

  4. On iOS, a user can allow the RingCentral app through various Focus modes. If a RingCentral call is received while in a Focus mode, the RingCentral app can still vibrate and audibly ring the device.On Android, a user can allow the RingCentral app through Do Not Disturb. If a RingCentral call is received while in Do Not Disturb, the RingCentral app DOES NOT vibrate or audibly ring the device.   5. I work in IT and have to help users update their PINs, but the criteria field covers the re-enter field and is confusing for the user. If it was below and out of the way, it would be more intuitive to the user for them to confirm their PIN.

  7. To avoid missing messages it would be nice if the message conversations had the option to automatically pop out in a separate window instead of having to manually pop the window out. And it would be helpful if that window could flash until interacted with.

    I also think it would be nice to have an option to have the desktop notifications stay visible until you interact with the conversation that the notification is regarding. Instead of disappearing after a few seconds.

  9. As the title states, an emergency alert banner that can be displayed across the top of the screen similar to Rings update banner. In the event of an emergency (Fire, shooting, natural disaster, etc) the ability to quickly notify everyone in the company is imperitive. Something that can be quickly sent out from users with the correct access and that displays accross all of the Ring Central apps and programs.

  15. Private Notes Feature in RingCentral Video:

    While in meetings, I usually add Private Notes so that I can include important information about the customer and a summary of the conversation. Currently, after the meetings, when clicking on past meetings, the PRIVATE NOTES are not saved automatically; they have to be downloaded manually.
    Goal: The PRIVATE NOTES should be saved after the meetings, since when you click on past meetings, the PRIVATE NOTES tab appears, and it would be beneficial if the notes were saved automatically.

    Caller Option Indication: When a client calls our main line and selects options 1, 2, 9, or 0 from the automated menu, we would like the system to clearly indicate to the receiving agent which option the caller selected.     Description: Currently, when a call from a call queue rings to a user’s RC app and the call is missed, the app displays information about who answered the call (e.g., another team member).
