  1. To have Microsoft connection to truly follow the calendar so that when in a meeting it will auto go to a do not disturb and then back to available when out of the meeting. Another nice item would be if it follows the MS Teams so if you are on a general call (it goes red) that it would do the same.

  4. When sending new text messages the option to select an outbound SMS number from the main number or the direct number is available. However, when there is a missed call and I opt to click the text option under the missed call it allows me to text the missed call number but no option to change sms outbound number it defaults to the direct line and we would like the option to default it to the company number or have the dropdown option.

  5. Looking for an option to notify the sender that SMS is not supported.SMS seems to be showing "sent" to the sender. even the customer's SMS is not enabled/supported yet. is seems that SMS from clients was ignored.

  6. We would like to see the status of colleagues directly in the HUD. Would it be possible to have status as a separate column next to availability. So that you can see the status in the overview and don't have to click on the profile first.

  7. Some users would want to have a contact list for Hubspot in the RC app. It would be more convenient. Currently, there's no option to sync in the contacts for Hubspot in the RC app.

  8. Need to share MAC audio in the RingCentral Video Meeting. Currently, Mac users can only share computer audio when they are sharing a Chrome or Microsoft Edge browser tab.

  11. It is extremely useful to have this feature allowed as some companies uses both the RingCentral and AT&T Office@Hand app platforms to collaborate within the same organization. In this case, the RingCentral User is unable to send a message to an AT&T Office@Hand User due to a policy that restricts them to do so.

  12. IS there not an app this is similar to the HUD function of CloudWork. Where you can have a larger graphic of either call queues (who is in the queue, how many, how long they have been there) Total calls answered . average pickup time etc.And also ability to add individual extensions so you can see in larger graphics, who is on the phone, who they are talking too and how long they have ben talking for etc.We really need this to manage our call centre. Im surprised we dont aloready have this

  18. It's just a very basic feature and it's strange that you're not able to do it. I'm not able to past in a mobile number into the Ring Central Desktop app when texting a new number/starting a new conversation through RC text.
