  2. I would love to be able to turn off the missed call notifications badge. Only certain people in my shop answer the phone but we all use it for messaging and transferring calls internally. However I constantly show to have notifications in my browser tabs about missed calls. Makes it hard to know when a message actually comes through.

  3. Have the option to label recorded calls for example: be able to mark a call as warm lead and then be able to find the recording easier by searching for warm lead. Alternatively have the option to create folders to put recordings in so that way you could open a warm leads folder and have all the recordings in one place. The current problem is that all recordings are in the same place which makes if difficult to keep track of the recordings because it is cluttered with 5 second recording of voicemails.

  7. I am preparing my organization of 200 users to migrate off the RC Meetings Zoom platform. We need everyone on the version 23.x of RC to ensure they have a good experience with RCV. I have other tools which tell me I have many different versions of RC Phone, RC Meeting, RC app veersions 21.x, 22.x, etc. I would like to have a way inside the RC portal to see what versions are installed so we can take remedial actions to get everyone upgraded.

  8. I tested the texting service to one of the numbers on our inventory( inactive), but it looks like it just goes through with no error message letting the customer know that we would be able to receive their text. I think it'd be helpful to get a text back with an error message.

  11. Please make the play button in the Inbox for the Voicemail much larger, as large at the phone and text buttons. I cant tell you how many times I have gone to this Inbox to LISTEN to a voicemail and I end up calling the number instead because I assume the phone icon plays the message. Having to search for the play button under the phone number doesnt make sense.

  17. Every day I switch between the same custom statuses. Rather than using generic 6 that are shown, I would rather it saved my last 6 that I used or accesses after initial use. This is a convenience thing with not having to type the same thing each time I change my statuses back and forth and choose custom emoji to match. I never use the generic status options so this would save a lot of time throughout the day!!!
