  2. Our company uses a private team to share ideas about work and communicate to each other. Ideas or points are shared - it would be very help full if a search feature were added to find these items. Sometimes these points are not pinned so searching back days or months is very difficult. Another idea would be add a search feature by date. So if an idea or example was addressed at a particular time then it would found easier. IE - tax information around tax deadline in April.

  3. Everytime the RingCentral app is downloaded on the desktop there's a red triangle that it says "Computer dont have enough memory" new version is getting too much memory on the computer, please have an option to lower down the memory of the app on the desktop.

  7. Customer wants to know how to get the fax email come in by a specific name. They have about 2500 emails sent out to the same number, but don't have a way to search email for a specific client that they sent out. 2nd issue is that they have more than one company that use the RingCentral, but can only log in as one company at a time. Customer would like to be able to sort outbound faxes by name.

When a user search for a contact that is imported from external directory such as Google Directory and this user's contact unchecked the "Include user in Corporate Directory" parameter, the RC parameters are not supposed to be shown.The behavior is correct on Desktop RC App but it's not the case for Mobile RC App: the "extension" attribute is shown which is not supposed to be the case.

  14. I work in a help desk capacity and I think an extremely useful feature might be a toggle for Auto DND mode while computer is locked. I primarily answer calls on my computer and would like to be able to step away from my desk and return without having to set my presence. It would have to also restore available presence when computer is unlocked as well, assuming presence was set automatically and not manually.

  15. Being hands free when talking to customers on the Ring Central mobile app is essential for us at our company. All of our company calls are forwarded to the cell phones of our customer service reps and they answer via the Ring Central mobile app.If we dial out on the mobile app the bluetooth (air pods) connect automatically. However, if an incoming call comes in, we have to click on "Audio" and then select the Bluetooth device we want to connect to.   16. In the Desktop app settings > Phone, there is an option for launching an external app or website for incoming calls. However, the parameters provided do not include an option to search the caller's 10 digit number without formatting. The URL I am trying to use requires just the 10 digit number with no parentheses or dash. So, if (888) 555-1234 is calling, I want a parameter that generates 8885551234

  20. When users start a new SMS message within the Mobile app, the 5 digit extension shows as the primary number and not the 10 digit. This causes missed text on the Windows app. By using the 10 digit as the primary it will have a better texting experience across platforms.
