Ability to change Emergency Response location for RingCentral App
We as administrators are able to change the Emergency Response location for Desk phones. BUT we are not able to change the Emergency Response location for users with the RingCentral App. The user will have to do this.The issue I am having is that no all of our users have access or even know how to access their soft phones. We utilize desk phones and some staff move to our other sites. This has become an issue for us as we would have to go through the process of having staff login to change the Emergency Response location.

Integration with Jabra SDK
Company Name: i247 GroupName: Ben Marchbanks- customer is using Jabra Xpress so that they can quickly and easily manage Jabra headsets throughout an organization.
- Jabra Xpress options, there is a setting to select "Preferred Softphone" but unfortunately RingCentral does not appear as an option.
- customer said their previous provider is Mitel and that is showing on the option on jabra express as "preferred softphone"
- was suggested by Jabra to coordinate with RingCentral and was advised that RC should use Jabra SDK to integrate with their headset.

Prioritize a number for answering
I would like to set a number that will be set as a priority to be answered when calling I want user to be able to answer the call even the user is on a call

After Hours includes muting text notifications
Currently, "After Hours" only routes phone calls to voicemail; it would be helpful if it also included an option to silence text message notifications as well.

"Use RingCentral for click to dial and fax" tenant-wide setting to ON by default
My organization finds it bizarre that this option is disabled (possibly to allow cohabitation with RingCentral Phone apps on Windows devices)We're looking at a mass roll out of RingCentral MVP app to all users, coupled with removing outdated versions of RingCentral Phone among other systemic problems. No text labels or alt text for keyboard accessibility
Lots of buttons and controls both on the RingCentral application on windows and on the website have no text labels or alt text and they can not be used with the keyboard. http://w3.org/WAI and http://www.webaim.org have great web page accessibility information and the dial pad should be an edit box so that the number keys can be used to enter in digits rather than using the arrow keys to find the proper digit to enter.

Add Ability to Sort by Unanswered Calls
Please add the ability to sort the phone voicemail list so that unheard messages are at the top. The small dot is very easy to miss when scrolling.

Text Highlight Color on RingCentral App(mobile)
When highlighting texts/messages on the RingCentral App(mobile) and you're using the "Dark" theme, the highlight color is almost invisible. Can we have this changed or have the option for the clients to choose a highlight color?

Faster RC status text switch: provide a menu like when switching presence
For presence, I get a fly-out menu which lets me set a new presence status with one click, at least on the desktop app.For the status text, I always have to click once, which opens a dialog, and then click on the status text I want to display. If you change your status text frequently, these additional clicks and mouse movements add up and get annoying.It would be nice if there was a menu like for the presence, which opens on hovering and allows for choosing the text by a single click, and a way to get to the dialog…

Move the "Add More Numbers" from the RC app Block Specific Numbers to the top of the screen
When adding numbers that need to be blocked from the app (Admin tools > User management > user ext > Screening, Greeting & Hold Music > Blocked Call > Only block these numbers or area codes > Specific numbers), the option to Add More Numbers is located at the very bottom of the page. This should be located at the very top of the page. This will speed up the process of adding blocked numbers. We have lots of blocked numbers, and we have to scroll through lists of numbers just to get to the option to add more numbers.

Call forwarding to AI answering
Customer wants the call forwarded to AI answering machine (Pop Menu) where the AI will get all the needs of the customer, and if the customer wants to talk to a live person, the AI will transfer it to an extension that includes all the managers of the company
