Description:We need to have the RingCentral Unified app HUD to display complete presence information (On a call, Unavailable, etc...) of Users who are using different app platforms of RingCentral (ie. RingCentral Phone). Currently the Unified app HUD can only display Available and DND status of Users who are using the RingCentral Phone app. We do not want to force our Users to transition from the RingCentral Phone app to the RingCentral Unified app due to our company's usage policy.

This has other ideas already submitted, but they're all old and it still hasn't been added.Most programs with an autostart at boot feature allow the user to set it to open minimized to the tray. This has been a requested feature for years and it still hasn't been implemented, which is a grand disappointment. Although a mere annoyance, I dislike having to wait for RC to load before I can close it to the taskbar every time I log into my computer. Such a basic feature should have been available at launch and it's high time it was added.

  13. The ability to create a "Client" contact list in addition to the "Personal" contact list, so client and person contacts are separate. I am surprised since this is a Business Account that this is not an option. Also, each user should be able to create their own personal and client contact list. Thanks

  15. Customer is looking for an option for the RingCentral App to display the full name of a incoming call. As per customer it does show when they Hover their mouse cursor to the name of the caller which will have a mini window that will appear on your pointer showing the full name. Customer would like to have the information display automatically
