  1. I am a manager for my department and I get multiple calls for different positions. When I am on the phone and one of the staff is available, I would like to have the capability to be able to choose who to forward the call to. Right now I only see this feature for forwarding to voicemail to another extension.

  2. It would be nice if the navigation bar was always visible. It disappears when you are in the inbox or messaging if you are in the condensed version. Keep it a the bottom so that we can see if we get another message or text without having to back out of the message/text we are in to see the navigation bar.

  3. I wish the app was easier to navigate. There are a lot of features missing. like a predicate dialer. Also knowing which voip company the call belongs to on the lower display. which could be powered by Twilio or Telnyx. Better reporting of scam calls. A less restricted program. It seems a lot missing from it and has been relocated to the portal. Wish It was easier to change your caller id without a challenge. Flagging calls is another want. I hunt scammers and require more flexibility.

  6. Please show the phone number and email on the contact preview. This make it easy to copy and paste name, phone &/or email quickly. Currently I can only see the email, I prefer to see the phone 1st them the email or both with phone always first.

  7. We are using the Windows version of the RingCentral app (version 22.4.34.6382 Windows).On the main call log screen, it shows the Caller's Name that we add on the Contact Card, but it'd be nice if we could also see the Company Name field that is on their contact card.

While I understand it may not be a priority for RingCentral, why not consider creating a RingCentral app to compete with messaging platforms like Telegram or Slack, specifically designed for business purposes?In my company, we have both office users (30 of them with MVP licenses) and field users (70 contractors with Video Pro accounts) who mainly use messaging for communication.   13. It would be nice if the RC mobile and desktop apps were compatible with ALL wireless/bluetooth headphones vs. the short list of headsets currently compatible. I have run into issues with 3 different pairs of bluetooth earbuds only working temporarily, and then inevitably run into issues. I do not want to wear a headset, and would prefer to answer calls using the RC desktop app using wireless headphones connected to by laptop via bluetooth.

Before the end of September 2022, the enter key of the NUMPAD used to work when dialing on the RING Central Desktop app. For example, you dial the number on the dial pad and then press enter on the numpad. This is greatly effecient for many of us that make frequent calls because we would use the numpad to dial the number then enter to dial the number. Easy. Now the feature is gone, with no replacing feature. Why? There is no reason to remove it. Please reinstate it.

  16. Customer is looking for an option for the RingCentral App to display the full name of a incoming call. As per customer it does show when they Hover their mouse cursor to the name of the caller which will have a mini window that will appear on your pointer showing the full name. Customer would like to have the information display automatically

  18. The SMS feature on the Ring Central App and Destock versions should support receiving 2 factor authentication texts from different sites/carriers/etc. Most login features now require 2FA. In our office currently, my colleagues and I constantly have to get a 2FA from someone else in the office because we have to use our own cell phone line numbers. If one person is busy or unreachable, then we cannot access that account/site/etc. Having this feature available through your SMS service would be incredibly useful and would make office life far more efficient. Please add ASAP.
