  1. I have a call-in talk show. Every time I'm "on a call" and other callers ring in, when I click (ANSWER AND HOLD) it puts the "active" caller on hold rather than the new callers. This is a big problem on my side. Please help!

  2. On the desktop app, I can add a url to open after I answer a call. For parity, I would like to be able to do the same on the Mobile app. Open a URL when I answer a call from the mobile app.

  3. It would be useful to have the ability to apply your own label to phone status. As an admin, I need to know why someone may be logged out of taking calls. The most necessary labels would be "Lunch" and "15 Minute Break". Doing this allows the administrators and co-workers to know why someone is not available. It may also be helpful to allow for scheduling this status as a user and an administrator. Thanks,Eric

  7. As mentioned earlier, I've come across a system bug that affects the entire setup. To illustrate, I'm an admin who has created a team chat and added users. Some of these users are listed in the company directory, while others aren't (I unchecked a box in the admin portal). Now, for those who aren't in the company directory, their names don't show the three dots, meaning that you can't delete them or grant them admin permissions. As for those listed in the company directory, everything works smoothly. This issue needs immediate attention and a prompt fix. Let's escalate it ASAP!…

If you're dialing people and your hands are away from the phone and it's busy it keeps beeping and doesn't shut off like other dialers this is totally a big issue that should have an option to turn off. So it disables the busy signal after three seconds otherwise it sits there playing this tone all day.

  15. To be able to specify an extension that will ring in the Presence Settings. "Ring my phone when any user I am monitoring rings". Example:User Ext 201 has four(4) listed extensions in his Presence list. He only wanted to hear a ring from a specific Extension (Call Queue pick-up member). Everyone else on the list is not expected to ring when receiving a call.   16. I manage multiple companies so it would be helpful to differentiate the lists of chats, text, calls I see on the logs with their company name, or a color or something. You can see in the picture it only shows the name of the contact or the number but no company details

Desired behavior: To be able to customize the order or list of "On Call more menu". - To be able to move options on the menu list based on the commonly used option when thj user is on a call. - Example: A user commonly uses RingCentral app to transfer calls. The user would like to have the Transfer at the top of the list for easy visibility and navigation.

  18. If you are marketing your services to a corporate environment, why would not include speed dials to the online versions of the product. I think the addition of user programmable user hotkey/ speed dial settings would be easy to implement and a great feature.Shift + Alt + 1 = Speed Dial 1 Shift + Alt +2 = Speed Dial 2...........Shift + Alt + 0 = Speed Dial 10 (or VM)But absolutely let the users have more control over the actual hotkey configuration that works for them.Thanks!

Why don't we have the status of the person (online, available or disconnected) when I dial a number from the numeric keypad as specified: "enter a name or a number"If I type a name, I retrieve its status (green, red or white)If I dial his direct number, the system find his name in the directory but not his status : online or availableIt's still very very annoying !
