Attach Audio File to voice-to-text notification email
The voice-to-text transcription is not perfectly reliable as it is, and it would be easier to share voicemails among coworkers if there wasn't the additional step of having to download the .wav file and attaching it to an email. If that .wav file were attached to the notification email, it would be an improvement.

Synchronize iCloud contact to Service Web
Our customer would like to synchronize his iCloud contacts to the RingCentral desktop app. A work around was provided to download customer VCF then convert to a CSV file then upload it to the service web.

Option to display 24 hour time in chat messages
We have several users that would appreciate being able to show 24 hour time instead of the standard time. i.e. 13:00, 19:00 versus 1pm, 7pm.

Money ring tone like it shows in notifications
I would like the money ringtone to sound when my phone rings with a business call from my forwarded ring central account. It is available for notifications but not for a ring tone.

Troubleshooting - save logs more than 48 hours
Support technicians always asked for call samples/logs that occured within 24-48 hours because they will no longer show on the RingCentral records. This is causing delayed resolutions to multiple issues that are being experienced by the users.RingCentral could have the logs to save logs that are more than 48 hours to troubleshoot the cause of the issues reported on the calls.

Red Dot Notification setting for the RingCentral Taskbar Icon
It would be great if a setting can be added to change which notifications cause the RingCentral Taskbar Icon to have a red dot.For those larger companies that have company wide Teams, it would be ideal to have a setting where the Red Dot Taskbar icon only appears when receiving a direct message or just selected users. Without this, having company-wide Teams causes the Red Dot to appear in the RingCentral logo in the taskbar almost constantly and is useless in knowing if someone is trying to reach out to you. See scheduled meetings farther into future on mobile app
I use the ios mobile app frequently. Unfortunately, I am unable to view/edit any scheduled meetings that are greater than 1 week out. I have to go to the desktop app to do so. It would be much more convenient to have those meetings accessible via the mobile app.

Block inbound calls that are forwarded to the RC numbers
Inbound Calls to the RC numbers can only be filtered by the phone number and there is no way to stop receiving calls that are forwarded from another carrier.Hoping that we can have a feature that can detect forwarded calls and let users decide to block or accept them.

Parked call should have a duration
Every called that is parked should have a duration on the screen. Would be really nice to have the duration so the call that has been parked the longest can be picked up first

Allow call queues to ring extensions who only use Mobile Application
Users that are part of a queue /or even ring group is not ringing their extensions if they only have soft phone / desktop application / mobile application which gives limit to call routing of the company.A lot of employees were now working remotely and not all of them have physical phones.

Allow admins to hide the extensions of specific sites from other sites to prevent accidentally transferring calls to the wrong site

Improve detection of "default" audio device.
Allow users to configure an exclusion of certain audio or video devices or even more desirable, allow to us to configure if a certain device is present automatically set it as my audio and video device. Also it would be great if the selection within one function of the desktop app applied on all functions (i.e. if I set the audio/video device in a RCM session, also apply that to my 'phone' settings.The biggest win would be to autodetect that a preferred audio device is present and automatically put as the device for all functions in the app.Where this can…

Ability to disable single-character formatting
Ring Central Message automatically uses characters such as * and _ as a pseudo-commands to format the characters inbetween them. It also allows the (now standard) use for control characters (ctrl-b, ctrl-u, ctrl-i) for formatting. Further, the formatting is not shown prior to sending the message, and worse, there is no limit (that I have come across) as to how far apart these characters are in a message.My idea is to have an option to turn off the use of printable characters as formatting commands.Use cases:Copy/pasting a mathematical formula with multiplication. Ability to Hide Main Company Number
HiPlease can we add the ability to hide the Hide Main Company Number. This number is not used within the organisation and causes a great deal of confusion for our users when this number is inadvertently selected.We need to keep the ability to change outbound identity - and it seems strange that RC do not allow us to hide what appears to be a legacy feature.Thanks for your consideration.

Dial from web app or browser, but call takes place on desk phone
It would be helpful (and something that was a feature with Fonality) where you can click on a phone number in your browser OR copy and paste a phone number to the RC web app. The call starts to dial out, but it's connected to your deskphone where the call takes place.
