Transfer a Conference Call

need to be able to distinguish which line is being called
My RC account gave me a main line and then a direct dial number. System currently set up such that the caller ID bar which displays when you get a call does not distinguish whether the caller is calling the general line of my direct dial line. Apparently, all cell phones have this problem. When calls are forwarded, enable the person they were forwarded to to see the call log and missed calls.

Call queue call notifications, while busy
The suggestion is to add an option, which allow call queue calls to be notified, even if the user is busy. We have the following example, provided by one of our customers: While on a call with their colleagues, the emplyees are missing external calls, which are more important to them.

Call Waiting / Missed Calls for single agent on a Call Queue
Ideally when a customer calls, if the only agent in at that time is onanother call, they would either a) be able to put the current caller onhold for a moment to take the incoming call's contact information or b)when they are finished with the current call, they would have a Missed Callnotification alerting them to the missed call to return the call.

Ability to Forward voicemails to another extension
I received a voicemail in error, it should've gone to another extension. After chatting with a RC tech I learned there currently is no way to forward that voicemail to the correct extension. I need to be able to forward voicemails to the correct extension, preferably with the option to add a little message of my own before the voicemail like "hey, this is actually for you" and then the message plays.

Prevent link previews for listed admin-curated list of certain domains and subdomains
Admin should be able to define a list of subdomains and domains for which links will never show link previews. For example, suppose an organization often shares links to another app's pages where their staff has to be logged in. I would suggest this is true for most of your clients. In the current paradigm, the "Please Log In" preview is shown every time these links are shared and the preview is not useful at all. Sometimes we share 10+ such links. Login Page Change when forcing SSO
It would be nice if RingCentral were able to change the sign in page when forcing SSO: Either:
A: Force/Change the Single Sign In button to only appear
B: Change the Sign In page to only show Email Address as an option, since Phone Number will no longer work.Current setup is deceptive to End Users, since the sign in page shows you can use either your phone number or email address, when the phone number option no longer works. As a lawyer I sometimes need to provide proof a fax was sent. It would look much more professional if my fax results page had my firm name and information rather than an advertisement for Ring Central.

API to allow flow of MS Teams messages and video meetings to and from RC app
