  1. The current theme wastes a lot of screen space on things that aren't import to me. It means a lot of my screen space is taken up by worthless headers and very little of my screen can be used for reading messages. This is particularly problematic for people who have small screens or need larger fonts.   2. Once a task is created in the app, the UI offers the original task in the left column taking up most of the space and the ongoing conversation (replies) is constrained to a much smaller column. The task replies are where we spend much more time so it would be helpful to give me focus to that. When resizing the window or toggling the full screen UI element this behavior does not change.   3. Allow the ability to view when deleted items were actually deleted and not just received from service.ringcentral.com.From service web > Messages > Deleted items it has a column that says "Received"... it would be nice to have a column of when the message was moved to the Deleted items

  4. If you add a call and start a conference call you should be able to hang up with the additional call and then go back to the original caller and then transfer that call.

Is there a way that you can make the status(available, do not disturb, invisible) reflect in the RingCentral icon on the taskbar - green, red, or gray dot?Sometimes I'd go on Do Not Disturb to wrap up a ticket after a long call. There'd been a few instances where I forgot to change back my status to available since I have RingCentral on the background. It would be super helpful to see your current status by looking at the icon on the taskbar.

  7. When enabling the Mobile App, the user can specify from "0 Rings / 0 Seconds" to "15 Rings / 75 Seconds". Why is there another default option for "Always ring for at least 30 seconds before forwarding is completed"? Currently this feature is giving us lots of problems. Every few days, we have users complaining that their mobile phone ringtones are delayed (they picked up on the 1st ring but the caller said the call already rang 4 times) and their desktop phone never rang although both should ring simultaneously because we always set our mobile users to "0 Rings…

  9. Chat bot has yet to be helpful at all for me. Please improve the functionality so it's useful, or at least have it connect properly to a live agent instead of sitting blankly after that's requested.

  10. Users who regularly work in different locations would like to be able to save at least 2 addresses in the system that they can choose from for their Emergency address. This way they would not have to keep typing in the addresses as they switch locations throughout the week. Thanks for considering this request.

  11. So in Ring central as an Admin, you are able to create Call monitoring- groups. Each group has the "Can monitor" and the "Can be monitored". But in order for a "Can monitor" to view the "Can be monitored" members in their Ring central app, they have to manually add the individual extensions of the "Can be monitored" under the HUD Extensions--add an extension. It will be efficient if the RC app can auto populate monitored group members to a Can monitor's HUD extensions for monitoring purposes.

  13. It would be nice to organize your HUD list with tabs at the top. The system automatically adds a tab for Park Locations. It would be nice to be able to add your own. For example: We would want to divide our departments. One tab called Parts and be able to list all of our parts people.

  15. Hi. Our customer is suggesting that we should have an option to disable/enable the call waiting in our RingCentral application. This is specific for direct calls. So if a user is already engaged on the call, we can disable the call waiting to prevent another call to be connected to the user who is already engaged, and the call should be connected to the Voicemail. We can imagine that call waiting may be kinda annoying to some users as their app will be ringing while already on a call.

  16. It is very surprising this isn't already built in and would be a crucial feature. EX: When out of office, being able to alert any inbound calls/texts that you are out of office and provide any other contact details. Any other Phone SMS app/device has this feature so adding it would be greatly appreciated

  17. Is there anyway we can add a feature in a video meeting, on desktop, and minimize the video so it "sticks" so I can multitask?
    In the old version you would click the minimize button on a mac and the video would "stick" as a small screen and then you could multitask.

  20. The side panel covers the main chat area unless the app window is set very wide. For me, the app has to take up over half of my working screen before it allows both the side panel and main panel to be fully viewable. This problem did not occur for the first 2 years or so that I used RC; it just began on 2/22/22. Prior to that date, the window allowed both panels to be fully visible, regardless of app window width.
