  1. I am a full-access manager for 3 call queues that are set up with their own direct lines. I do not know how to respond to these text messages. I read online at this article (https://community.ringcentral.com/questions/89895/call-queue-texting.html) that you can log into a call queue, but this seems cumbersome. I wish to have the ability to text from the direct line of the call queues that I am a full access manager for. Thank you.

  2. when in the Call Queue Pick up HUD there needs to be an alert notifying you that another person is calling in if you are taking calls for several offices. The notification on the screen now is to small and often missed and there is no alert or sound that another call is coming into the pick up. A sound alert would help decrease missed calls overall.

  3. May we just have the phone number listed in subject line? That way if you have a large organization you know what number has called/texted/missed calls multiple times? This would be super helpful as my organization uses subject grouping in our outlook and this would be awesome if this could happen.

  4. We have a few users. We offer the option for callers to press 1 to call everyone simultaneously so that the first available user can get the call. If any individual user rejects a call in the queue, RingCentral waits five seconds and then rings the same user again, over and over, until it goes to voicemail or the caller hangs up. Would be nice if rejecting the call took the user out of the queue for that incoming call, and if all users rejected the call, the caller would be sent to voicemail.

  5. Add an option to press a button (ex: 7) in the mailbox that plays the date/time/callerID and CallerID name of the voicemail in the mailbox. Otherwise there is no way to know by listening to a voicemail what the caller ID is. Also, there is no way to log into the web interface of a voicemail to check unless it is a call queue or your own mailbox. So, when sharing mailboxes this is a big obstacle.

  6. I would like to have the ability to see how long someone has been in by clicking on their profile. It would also be great if this was a report in Administrative Settings.I.e., someone goes to a 1-hour lunch and I need to call them. I can see they're on lunch and see that they have been in this status for 45 minutes after clicking on their profile, so I know I'll be able to get a hold of them in 15 minutes. This would be particularly useful for users who have to manage large groups and monitor breaks/lunch times as…

  7. When a person calls and the call is not answered, the app would automatically engage with that person (who otherwise might go elsewhere) with an auto-generated text that says whatever the RingCentral customer sets it to.

  8. We would like the ability to adjust the amount of time a parked call ringsback. Currently it is set at one minute, we would like the ability to adjust that.

  9. On our old NEC phone system there were "Mode" buttons. This would allow a feature comparable to custom ivr rules. For example we need our phones to say another message during lunch but that time varies. We could hit that button insead of allowing admin rights to the operators at our company to make this switch. Please consider allowing us to assign this to the DSS keys.

  10. Going to my view log, I noticed that some SMS cost $0.85 (not the $0.00085 advertised) and that some cost up to $5.10c. I reached support to ask why that is, and they told me it has to do with the number of characters.I asked for a table to understand how many characters we can use without going over 5x the base price, or the cost of each SMS plans would be (Marketing), but there is none. It's a bit unreal that we just can't know how much it will cost to send SMS messages. How come there is no table? What…

  11. When making a call, it is not obvious that the headset is on/working until I hear the ringing. This may take 10s of seconds before you hear it, and takes longer to realize that the headset is not on. By that time the person you called may have picked up and hung up. If ringcentral would immediately sound a tone or set of tones to indicate that the call is being made (and then change over to the standard ringing), the person making the call will immediately know whether the headset is on.

  12. if there was a way to pick up your last parked call when you were the one who parked it in the case where you forget to write down the park number and then have to wait for it to ring back to you. Would be super SUPER helpful from call center handling all calls standpoint.

  13. It would be nice to see what time I missed a call. When I miss a call, I do not always receive the notification. Usually it shows the next day. It would be nice to know what time that person called.

  14. I cannot receive phone calls with this system for 2 factor login authentication. If this isn't resolved I'm going to have to go back to the landline. Every bank is now requiring 2 factor as well as many other website logins. Please support this app & resolve this problem!

  15. In our organization, we have workers in-house and in remote locations. Putting someone on public park has caused confusion since the caller who put the person on park would not listen to where the person was parked and have no idea where that caller went. I have setup "parks" that are visible on the desktops and apps that we can use. HOWEVER, when an agent receives the call and goes to park it, they press the park button and puts it into public parking. Thus the confusion and why disabling public parking might be a better option. Maybe I'm wrong.…

  16. I am receiving 6-8 spam calls each day from a particular range of numbers. The numbers have the same area code and first four digits, but the last 3 digits vary. I cannot effectively manage 1000 (or more) numbers in my block list. The suggested solution is to allow a user or admin to block a range of numbers, e.g.,+1 (999) 555-7would block any number in the range (999) 555-7000 through (999) 555-7999.The wildcard digits do not have to be at the end of the number: to block a particular exchange (to use the old POTS terminology) from any US

  18. Robocall mitigation feature should have the capability of identifying robocalls as they come in, and should block it from going through to the customer's phone system.

  19. My users would absolutely love to have the ability to fast forward and rewind through long voicemail messages. They are able to do this from the visual UI when logged in to the service web or apps, however most of our users work from desk phones, and there is no such option when listening to the message by phone.
