Keep the running time of a parked call and not start a new call time
The customer would like when putting a call on park and then picking it up to display the total time of the call, not start a new time.

Send contact cards to android and iphone
You know how everyone business getting hit with spam likely? One way to avoid this is to get your prospect to add your contact to their phone. You can do this via SMS by sending a contact card. You can send them to android but not to iphone. We need this fixed ASAP!

Have a notification for the user if their phone number becomes "spam likely" or "spam warning" on recipients caller IDs.

Ability to change voice mail email notifications
Can we please change the voicemail notifications so that either the person leaving the voicemail or RingCentral can filter voice mails between which voice mails are considered urgent and which are not.This is so that users can determine what they need to respond to in what manner of time. Currently all voice mails have urgent in the subject line.

Call transcription to text
Transcribing calls to text (like is currently done for voicemails) would be a useful feature in RingCentral. It could likely be paired with CRM systems to have a record of what was discussed on calls.

When forwarding incoming outside calls, we need the outside caller ID to pass through to the forwarded number. It would be useful when passing along calls to other numbers if we could also pass along teh caller ID as well

Allowing Emergency numbers or hotlines in France to work on the Mobile App
Some users were on the go and as of this moment calling Fire Brigade or Dialing 18 using the RC mobile app service is still limited in France

Presence feature. Need the ability to answer a call after it was forwarded to another extension.
The presence feature is set up for users 1, 2, and 3.
User 1 missed the call and forwards it to User 2. User 2 incoming call shows up on User 3 deskphone display but will not light up giving User 3 the ability to pick up the call.It would help if users will also have the ability to pick up calls (using the presence feature) that was forwarded to another extension.

Please add the Teams feature in RC Phone app just like in RC app.

Remove "Press One" to Answer
Pressing One to answer should be optional. This is an unnecessary and in many cases unwanted step. It also can be dangerous because in many cases because often calls forward to a driver who has to press one while driving.

MMS for RingCentral for Salesforce app
Customer is requesting the ability send and receive MMS messaged within the SF adapter. They are currently testing out the integration and will be deploying it to many users and discovered that MMS (mainly images) are not supported. They need this capability as they need to receive images from their field workers and customer on the status or issue with one of the Culligan Water products. Culligan has been a great customer and continues to expand domestically and globally with a recent addon of locations in the US and Europe (over $1M TCV addon).

Remove user's extension announcement on DND ( Dial by Name Directory)
We have several business units. Some use direct dial numbers and some extensions. When using the DND (Dial by Name Directory) feature, an automatic announcement indicates that the call is being transferred to USER, extension XXXX. We do not want external callers to know the extension of our users. Unfortunately, we cannot suppress this announcement.

When forwarding a call, show caller ID of original caller, not person who forwarded the call
When our receptionists takes a call and forwards it to the appropriate team member, the call shows up on the team members phone as coming from the receptionist, not the original caller. would be easier for our team if it showed the Caller ID of the original caller.

Give "Call Ques' the ability to Present 2nd Call to a user 2nd Primary Line Button that is already active on a call.
was able to create work around by using "Custom Rule" to route incoming calls to Virtual extension and using "Call Handling" to add "coworkers" to "Ring all at once" .The problem with this workaround is, the user who answered the incoming call is not shown as busy or "on a call" to the other users.Please help.

Many medical practices need instant reason of failed so that they may contact the office to request an alternative fax number to send to if the failed fax was due to reasons such as line is busy, not a fax line eg.

Transfer out of Voicemail
Allow callers to press 0, * or # and be transferred to another phone number when the caller reaches your voicemail greeting. Voicemail owners would prefer giving callers a choice on whether to leave a voicemail message, or transfer to another person like an operator, individual or ringing group. Allow within a users voicemail setting to configure the 0, *, or # destination when a caller reaches an individual voicemail box.

Second member can answer a call to a queue
Recently had an issue where I answered a call to our main number (call queue). When I tried to transfer it, my computer froze up. I could still talk to the caller, but I couldn't do anything to the call. It would've been nice if another call queue member could see the active call on her phone and pick it up. (I was told the other members could pick up the call if I placed it on hold, but that didn't work when tested today.)
