  3. The ability to send an SMS message message to a call queue that does not have a direct number assigned. Currently you are able to send an SMS message to a call queue that does not have a direct number through the mobile app. This function does not exist in the desktop RC app. Customer would like this functionality added on the desktop RC app.

  5. What we are trying to do is remove the ability of the users who are in a call queue from turning off their call queue calls. We would like to remove this option or grey it out so the queue users cannot change it.

New Layout Dial Pad: (To “merge” conference the call, need to click on “Call list” then hover over call on hold and select the “merge” option)This is making it harder for our users to "Merge' calls. Can we get the functionality added back into the new app? Workaround: Switch the MVP App to the Old Layout but we don't know how long it will be around.

    The current functionality for uploading templates to the RingCentral Directory presents challenges in maintaining updated and correctly formatted contact information. This feature request aims to improve the user experience by allowing for easier editing and updating of directory entries, as well as enhancing search capabilities, particularly by company name.

  16. Where would an end user go to audibly record their name for use in the system directory. I can find a setting for this within service.ringcentral.com, but cannot at app.ringcentral.com. It is my assumption that we want the end user going to app.ringcentral.com rather than service.ringcentral.com. It seems counter-intuitive to direct them to another site for this setting.
